If I could give them 0 stars I would. When we got there we were greeted by a pool filled with weeds...not a couple weeds an entire pool filled with 10 foot tall weeds! The front desk then told us none of the rooms have air conditioning "so we know what we are in for." Which we weren't too concerned... More

I would stay anywhere but here! The rooms smell (and we looked at 8). They were dirty, no AC, no fans. Many windows did not have screens. Property was very old with NO updates at all. Parking was also limited by lobby. There are other options in Big Bear...find one!

This place is a complete dump. I'm sure the owners probably bought this hotel from previous people just gave up on it. It's easy to tell from the outside that the owners could care less about what this place looks like. They even filled the pool pool with dirt and planted a tree in the middle of the spa. They... Where can I begin? First there was no onsite management. Not telephone to dial "help mr. wizard get me oiut of here" I was traveling with my 11 yo son and we arrived late. First, the beds looked clean, but clearly the hotel was run down, but I decided not to drag my son around town finding another hotel. The... More

Prior to my arrival in Big Bear Lake I looked for a relatively low priced motel. I found none. But I found the Knight’s Inn to be the least expensive. I booked my room by phone and the front desk person reminded me that if I don’t cancel by such and such time it cannot be cancelled. Once I arrived... More

I booked this room for my son who was celebrating his 19th birthday with his friend and they wanted to go skiing in Snow Valley. I booked this room through Hotels.com. I had called a week before to make sure my son was able to check in and to advise he was going to be skiing and needed a room... More

Shocking at what was offered for $274 per night...2 double beds. A disgrace to the State of California to not shut this place down for so many reasons. Do your self a favor and if this is a last resort for you, drive back home. Unfortunately, we were too trusting never to have questioned the integrity of a hotel in... More

This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever had the misfortune of walking into. Talk to the locals before booking here they will tell you what a horrible place it. When walking into the hotel lobby and the entrance for the rooms the strong smell of Lysol used to mask the musty smell of mold will knock you over.... More

We arrived about 10 pm after having booked and paid online. If we hadn't already paid, we would have high-tailed it out of there. The property has poor parking availability. We had to park in the lot of the next building of their property and hoof it. The desk clerk gave us our room keys told us to call his cell... More

For just a room it was not so bad. It was clean and the heater worked great. It was quiet and raccoons outside our room. Really sweet. Walking distance to everything. My family really liked it. Shower was tiny though.
