My favorite hotel for last 15 years been coming here all the staff works hard to make the best experience. I always look forward to my visits to Beverly Hills hotel! Polo Lounge is a must and some of the best things on the menu are chocolate soufflé and steak tartare!
The Beverly Hills Hotel is a stately property, dubbed the 'Pink Palace' for its striking pink exteriors and interiors. In the epicenter of La-La Land, it is near L. A. 's most famous streets of Rodeo Drive, Beverly Drive and located on Sunset Boulevard in the prestigious 90210 zip code. I was impressed with it's signature banana wallpaper that line the ha part of the vintage Hollywood ingredients of this hotel. The hotel sports a bevy of room categories and I snagged a King Suite with a garden view of Beverly Hills. With a large footprint, the chamber was outfitted with a soft color palette, luxe finishes and an Art Deco vibe. An attractive rug graced the floor accompanied by a stunning sofa and a raft of high tech room appliances. The bath was spacious and with marble attire and a fancy shower. The Beverly Hills Hotel has several eating options. The Polo Lounge is a buzzing, spectacular restaurant space and haunt of Hollywood stars and movie makers. This facility pops out American cuisine with a tinge of Italian for good measure. Serving items like oysters, chicken parm, risotto and the like.......but my fav were the tortellini and the signature McCarthy salad. Additional eateries consist of the Cabana Cafe for pool side edibles, the Fountain Coffee Room based on a typical California coffee Shop and Bar Nineteen12's terrace that overlooks the pool and serves racey cocktails. Other amenities include the Polo Lounge embraced by an array of palm trees and flowered landscaped spaces and is a great outdoor dining venue. The Spa, with a full range of treatments, is well equipped to rejuvenate hotel clients and locals. I relaxed with a Pink Himalayan Salt Stone Massage.......relaxing but I wondered if they could have gotten the stones a little closer to home. A luxurious pool area provided a resort like atmosphere to the hotel along with a fitness center equipped with all the exercise goodies. Customer service was superb. So, if you are attracted to pink and would be thrilled to stay at a premiere Beverly Hills hotel that inspired the Eagles famous tune: Hotel California, ............then try the .............Beverly Hills Hotel.......Precious Pink Palace.…
This lovely art deco hotel from the age of classic Hollywood is a great place to go with a date to go for a drink or a tea. The hotel lobby is beautiful, quaint, and quiet. The lobby has alcoves with fireplaces where one can spend a leisurely time with a date and a drink. This is really my favorite place in Beverly Hills for a date. It's beyond gorgeous. Highly recommended!
Our stay at this beautiful place was like being in a dream in which I never wanted to wake. The history, food, room, staff…. Everything was choreographed perfection. We plan to make this an annual weekend getaway we loved it so much!!!
An historic and service-oriented hotel. Arrival: very attentive valets and doormen. Decor: beautifully appointed throughout from fresh flowers in the elegant lobby to excellent hardware on doors. I attended a professional conference in the “Crystal Ballroom.” The facilities were excellent- beautiful, clean, and well appointed. Wifi: complimentary wifi for the conference was not fast. Ran an Nperf test and it measured the wifi at 18.9 Mb/s down and 14.2 Mb/s up. Not good enough for real business needs but barely adequate for checking email at a conference. Overall cleanliness: excellent Restroom cleanliness: excellent Catering: Had a catered meal for the conference that consisted of tortilla soup, chick on risotto, and a chocolate dessert. Tortilla soup was so-so, chicken was good, and the dessert was good. Excellent service. Service: all encounters with hotel staff were excellent. At a catered event, one of the guests of honor was a WWII vet who is 100 years old. A young lady on the hotel’s staff paid extra attention to this gentleman and assisted him by letting him hold onto her arm as he got off the stage. She was very proactive in assisting the elderly gentleman. Value: the least expensive room for the conference was $1000/night before taxes. I spoke to a colleague who stayed here for the conference, and he reported a good sleep experience with no noise. But he didn’t think the room was worth the price. On the other hand, it’s all about location and convenience in Beverly Hills.…
We have stayed in the Beverly Hills Hotel many times and this latest trip did not disappoint. We had a deluxe room with balcony. It was roomy and luxurious. Dinner at the Polo Lounge was delicious and a full day at the pool (in a cabana) was so relaxing. The history and glamour of the hotel makes every stay a wonderful one.
Family of 10 on holiday had a wonderful Sunday lunch at The Cabana Cafe. The hotel continues to be an incredible mix of new and old with traditional Hollywood star qualities and the poolside Cabana has exquisite tables with an incredible menu. Food and service continues to be second to none and we all left feeling that we had had a magical afternoon. The even remembered our birthdays missed due to covid. Wonderful and Manager, John Scanlon continues to bring sophistication from London to LA.
Our stay at the BHH was perfect, from start to finish! Upon check in, we were thrilled to find out we had received a double upgrade. Our upgraded room had a spacious balcony with a 4-person dining table. It was perfect for us to order room service and enjoy it outside! All of the staff members were phenomenal and so helpful. The pool area is beautiful and clean, with delicious poolside food and drinks available from the Cabana Cafe. Dinner at the Polo Lounge topped off our experience! Although pricey, this hotel is worth it due to how exceptional everything is!
A wonderful experience from start to finish. Wonderful room, wonderful staff and great food and drink. We visited as part of a 16 night tour of California (we are form the UK). By far the best hotel on or tour and overall probably the best we’ve stayed in worldwide. Pretty much faultless. We will return!
The most amazing customer service from EVERYONE.Every single department from the wait staff, to the front desk staff to room service...everyone! The room was so comfortable, the pool was fabulous, the grounds are lovely. I only wish I stayed there longer. It was amazing! Can't wait to go back!
