I just stayed here again All the Covid adjustments are incredible including the gorgeous palm leaf partitions at the pool. Food is as wonderful as ever. The employees are tops from the bellhops to the frontdesk and on to the pool staff And the Polo Lounge garden is still the best Ask for Eric , the Maitre’D fit for royalty and enjoy a treat from the wonderful pastry chef Mark Clear

I’ve stayed at The Beverly Hills Hotel many times over the years, and I have written several great reviews here on TripAdvisor. I am returning home now after a five night stay, my first real getaway since the beginning of the COVID pandemic. I NEEDED to return to The Beverly Hills Hotel for my own sanity, and wow...it did the trick. I feel happy, relaxed, and sane again. My stay was perfect from start to finish, and I can hardly wait to return. There are so many great things about the BHH...the gardens, the beautiful rooms/suites, the amenities...but the very best thing about this heavenly oasis is the people who work there. It’s rare to visit a hotel and feel as if the staff is truly happy you’re there, but I feel this every time I stay at The Beverly Hills Hotel. They greet you with a smile and a “good morning” or “good afternoon,” and they mean it. They want you to be relaxed and happy while you’re there, and I am always grateful for how they make me feel when I am there. All the stress of real life melts away at The Beverly Hills Hotel. Guests are greeted with a smile when they get out of their cars, and those smiles continue throughout the stay. Everything you need is just a phone call away. Try every restaurant onsite. They all have their own atmosphere, and the menus are varied. Spend a lazy afternoon by the pool thinking of all the people who were there before you. I love looking around and imagining the history of the place when I’m there. And the architecture? It’s incredible...so many details. Don’t forget the iconic wallpaper throughout the hotel! Make a stop in the gift shop for a memento. The Beverly Hills Hotel is a little slice of Heaven. I highly recommend.

This past weekend my boyfriend and I had the pleasure of staying at the Beverly Hills Hotel. Check in went extremely smoothly, from valeting our car, to being walked to our room. The room was absolutely spotless. We had complimentary champagne, wine, a beautiful fruit basket and a super comfy robe and slippers! We spent the following day at the pool where we rented a private cabana which was really nice and had plenty of room for us. The atmosphere at the pool was unbelievable! From the beautiful palm trees, to the perfectly decorated cabanas, to the beautiful people and most importantly the Amazing staff. I’m not sure if I could have asked for much more! Unfortunately, my boyfriend and I had a pretty bad experience with another guest in the breakfast courtyard area. I won’t get into the traumatizing details of it but it made us feel very uncomfortable and disrespected to the point where we couldn’t even sit down and eat breakfast there because we were so upset. After this happened we made our way down to the pool where we spent the day in our cabana drinking champagne and enjoying great food. Rebecca, one of the managers, made her way over to us shortly after arriving to see how our stay was going and we ended up discussing the incident that happened at breakfast. We didn’t anticipate this. We had no plans on revisiting the situation but we just simply felt that it was important for Rebecca to be informed of what actually happened. Rebecca was extremely apologetic about our unfortunate experience at breakfast, ensuring us that she would look into what happened and do what she could to make it right. She sent us over the cutest complimentary coconut drinks and repeatedly checked on us to make sure we were enjoying our day. But that wasn’t all.... before we left, Rebecca pulled together ALL the pool staff to thank me for my service as a registered nurse who has cared for Covid-19 patients since the beginning of the pandemic. She also presented me with a hand written note signed by all the staff and a small gift. I was overwhelmed with emotion, actually crying as I’m writing t. This was the best customer service I have experienced IN MY ENTIRE LIFE! Rebecca and the entire staff at the Beverly Hills Hotel went ABOVE AND BEYOND their job titles to make sure we had a great weekend. I can’t wait to return! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU to the entire staff!!! This place is definitely worth a visit!!!

A few nights’ getaway in this marvelous hotel, located conveniently in the center of Beverly Hills. The room was spacious and clean, with a desk and free wifi access. The view outside my window was a little dreary with the fires happening. I enjoyed the cabana and the polo lounge patio - but COVID measures right now make it so hard to enjoy a drink or lunch alone. The policy is to go with a group... even two alone doesn’t cut it, and you can’t only have a drink- you have to order food. I was disappointed the mini bar had nothing in it and- no nespresso machine nearby or coffee machine in the room. One can’t exactly walk to star bucks or a nearby coffee shop in the morning, and one can’t dine on the patio alone for breakfast, so one has no choice but to order in-room dining which can get so costly. They could offer complimentary coffees in the lobby during this time. I appreciated the hand sanitizers scattered throughout the bathrooms and lobby. Staff always very polite as usual - standard or service hasn’t dropped despite the pandemic. Full room service daily and in-room dining.

We visited the poolside restaurant for brunch. The food was delicious and the smoothies were incredible! They were also very attentive regarding my nut allergy which was much appreciated. Could not fault the service - they were all lovely. Highly recommend a visit here.
