Hotel location is perfect If you go around. Hotel is cozy, silence and sufficient to have good rest at night. If you also met ‘Sunny’ you are lucky like us. He gave detailed information on everything and made all arrangements easily for our best hotel comfort by the first moment we met . Thank you Sunny you made our trip starting with joy.
The hotel is clean and the location is excellent. The rooms are nice and comfortable and the staff is super friendly! I would definitely recommend this hotel. Another plus is that you get good value for your money because it is not too expensive.
Stayed at Sirtaj for two nights and had an average experience not commensurate with price or expectations. Queen room was small but had a sizable bathroom which took up 1/3 of the footprint which was fine as small bathrooms can make small rooms feel even more cramped. Cleanliness was decent, TV setup was acceptable and the layout was ok if you need a makeshift office setup (though the curtain could only be pulled in one direction which left the desk space in perpetual darkness. Wifi worked fine. Hotel is furnished in a modern way with chic touches but certain areas definitely needs some refreshing (paint peeling in window frame, shower heads limescale build up). With the positives out of the way, let’s review the cons: 2 out of the 4 staff members I interacted with were not trained in customer centric behavior / solutions oriented thinking and it hurt the overall experience. Poor communication skills, lack of trying and no ownership of the guest experience. I asked for late check out and provided an estimated time which was ok’ed by the day staff who’d inform the night staff. I made sure to ask if anyone was checking into that room immediately after me in which case I’d be happy to leave earlier and I was assured it was fine. I get a call at 11:15am (11am regular check out time) and was rudely / in direct tone asked when I could leave. After explaining my prior interaction and mentioning 1-2pm, I get a “no, that’s too late. Housekeeping leaves at 1pm.” Had they informed me that their housekeeping schedule ended so early (which in itself is strange but a viable way to manage staff expenses), I wouldn’t have been frustrated. Another reception staff member also didn’t even want to look at if anyone was checking in but luckily another more service minded member helped me out (which didnt work out in the end). 3/5 experience.…
Moldy wall, torn sheets, rotten furniture, super slow elevator, TV not functional, remote control filthy, AC unit has soft blue glow at night which illuminates the room….. REALLY hard to understand how this room was put into inventory in the condition it was in. Deplorable conditions
Very nice boutique hotel close by to the rodeo drive When we made the checking we were served with a cocktail and appreciation of two glasses of wine and aperitif. the room was very clean and comfortable and the staff were pleasant and very helpful. You have a whole day parking for only $28
A small eclectic retro style hotel 1 block off Willshire Blvd. staff is friendly and helpful. Safe area. Decent food and bar. Rooms small but clean and comfortable. Elevator very slow - take the stairs. Worth the money. If you are looking for basic but nice accommodations in Beverly Hills at an affordable rate this might be your place!
Very unpleasant experience. No where near a 4 star hotel. Best western or holiday inn are far better. I booked a king room, was given a queen with a broken television, moved rooms to another queen with a broken television. The floors are not insulated, so every step above can be heard. $260, for a horrible nights sleep. I can only see greed or spite being the reason that the general manager, RJ to refuse to refund - even partially. I was at this hotel for 6 hours.
Stayed in a “Luxury” king room. Amenities were not as described on website which is odd considering they charge an amenities fee. The room: The room itself was poorly maintained. Unfinished drywall near hinges, loose handle on bathroom door, missing sprinkler head covers, and balcony deck that has seen better days. Cleaning: The first thing we noticed in the room was a ziplock bag covering the smoke alarm and it set the tone from there. Stained pillowcases and hair found in bed sheets made the bed less than desirable. Parking: Small parking lot. Was instructed to park next to some ladders and other maintenance equipment. Despite being told I’d have unlimited access to my car, it was a hassle each time. I was even once locked out of the garage even when I just needed to grab something from my car. Check in: Was checked in by the General Manager (owner?) and it made for a bad experience. Before even looking into the system he said he didn’t think he had any rooms available. (Not what you want to hear when you’ve already made a reservation). Spent the majority of the time checking us in complaining about his staff, how they did their job wrong, and how he had to do work he felt he was above. This interaction was so uncomfortable it made us not want to go back to the lobby unless we absolutely had to. Overall: Based on our stay, I can not recommend you stay here at all . Fake luxury with a bad business model. While it’s possible we were just a one off or got a “bad room”, its pretty disappointing that the 2 star motel we stayed at the night before outclassed the Sirtaj on almost every level.…
Stayed here July 26-28. When I arrived, they charged me $25 a night for a glass of cheap wine and coffee in the morning. I tried the wine the first night and didn't bother the second. No one came once for housekeeping. The quality of this hotel was terrible as the rooms were small, bed uncomfortable and staff not friendly.
Didn't know quite what to expect but, very pleansantly surprised by this beautiful boutique hotel. First Impression was the front desk check in was extremly friendly and helpful. Just after we arrived in our room we were deliverd 2 glasses of wine and a bucket of ice that we had requested. It was a great way to start our stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. I had room service for breakfast each morning. It was convenient and delicious. Lastly and most importantly was the location. We walked almost everywhere. This hotel could not be in a better location. I would definately stay again!
