So I was very pleasantly surprised with everything at the Mosaic hotel! From THE MOST INCREDIBLE FRONT DESK REPRESENTATIVE MAXINE to the luxurious room (the bed was the best bed I have ever slept in at any hotel) everything was perfect in every way! My husband and I checked in on Labor Day weekend just for one night, but we wish that we could have stayed for much longer. Parking is very close to the front entrance, and I know that the property was busy due to Labor Day weekend. But I requested extra pillows for my husband and Maxine kindly brought them up to our room! The next morning right before we checked out the zipper broke on my suitcase. I called to request if I could get a bit of a later check out since my husband had gone to the mall to buy me a new one. Maxine again very sweetly said that it wouldn’t be a problem and she gave me an extra hour and a half to pack up and check out. I really hope that upper management at the property rewards Maxine with her impeccable customer service; because of her I will return to the property and this property only the next time I will be traveling to the area! THANK YOU MAXINE for going above and beyond for us!

Front desk host wasn’t willing to accommodate my wife and I as we complained about the horrible sewage smell in our room. Also room service is discontinued yet menus are still in the rooms suggesting otherwise . We also ask well since we can’t order anything can we warm up the food we had from our date and he rudely said no . I’ve had better experience at the la Quinta which isn’t even a upscale hotel or located in Beverly Hills

I was in LA for a workshop located off Wilshire Blvd. I didn't want to get a car or be reliant on a car service, and the location of the Mosaic was a fit for me and affordable with offerings. I was able to walk to my workshop each day - 1.5 miles each way. I walked surrounding neighborhoods to take in the unique landscapes to CA and the architecture of the homes. I enjoyed this very much. I also could walk to many restaurants which I did. Prices seemed stupidly ridiculous, but this has nothing to do with the Mosaic but with the area this hotel is located I s'pose. The service a these said establishments was poor, but again nothing to do with the great location of the hotel. At the hotel, I was greeted by Maxine who was pleasant and helpful throughout my stay.

Hotel is decent and location is great, but service is terrible. Especially Tina, she was rude and does not understand the concept of hospitality. Also we asked them to clean the room every day, and only the last day was done, after we had to tell them many times.

Room was very noisy and there was some smell in the room. One of the mirrors in the bathroom was broken. They forgot to send out our laundry and we were told it would be back the same day. On the positive side it’s a very good location and could be a very nice boutique hotel but needs to improve maintenance, service and management.
