The Mosaic is conveniently located to all things. It was clean and easy to manage, a nice boutique hotel. The rooms are small, neat and up to date for the most part. I felt safe staying there. I did not appreciate the $42 (per night) parking fee. Also, CA has many questionable fees added to the overall cost-not Mosaic's fault but it does add up. The employees were very friendly and willing to help.

More padding is needed between the floors and the walls to make them more sound proof. At night you hear the steps from the other guests walking the rooms while one is attempting sleep and every conversation is also easily heard from the room next door. I mean, that refers to every single word while talking at normal state between folks or while on their phones. Hotels are for the most part all like that, but here you could hear every word very clearly, so in that sense you don't have the privacy of your conversation being all heard next door. You'd have to turn the TV volume to drown it out I suppose. It made me cognisant to be aware of what I say on mobile when making calls out. Other than that, it was a very pleasant experience and will stay there again, as it is a comfortable, CLEAN, and very beautiful hotel, both inside and in its outward architecture so charming. Liked that it was very cozy, unlike huge hotels. I've already done my review througout your lengthy survey, I have been pretty extensive and have nothing to add.

Was in town for business in July 2020 and was originally booked at Mansion 120 but was moved over to Mosaic as I absolutely loved this hotel! The staff was amazing and the rooms were very modern! The whole property felt super clean! It was nice to have the morning coffee bar downstairs to grab on my walk to work every morning. And I absolutely loved the texting feature to get anything you needed sent to your room outside your door safely! I utilized this to get extra toilettes to my room during my 30 minute walk back from work and everything waiting for me outside my room. And when I requested my room to be cleaned in the morning by text as well to come back to a nice clean room in the evening. The only thing that would have been nice is more food options but I understand its not exactly possible during these times. I want to thank Lily, Joshua and Mike for making my stay wonderful and always welcoming me back or wishing me a good day at work and getting to take the time to know me and ask what I do. This place has a small family hotel feel and I love it! Will definitely stay again when in the area!

If you’re looking for exceptional service, wonderful accommodations and a great getaway, than the Mosaic hotel is the place to be. The staff take special care to discuss the steps they have taken to ensure the safety and well-being of their guests. The social distancing guidelines in place don't prevent the staff from making you feel welcomed. I also appreciated that the staff would communicate with me via text to see if there was anything that I needed and to make sure that I was enjoying my stay. I look forward to coming back to the Mosaic on my next holiday. A big thanks to the entire Mosaic team for an incredible stay! P.S. the bed and linen are divine!

I loved the hotel and staff was very friendly. I will definitely be staying there again. You have the ability to message the staff whenever you need something and I thought that was super convenient. Only thing I wish the room had was a microwave and a mini fridge.
