I recently had the opportunity to spend the day at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel. Every person I met was welcoming and friendly. The flowers all throughout the hotel were so beautiful. My main purpose for going to the Beverly Wilshire was to experience the spa. First you can tell they really want their guests to feel special. They sent me a reminder email and a phone call. When I arrived at the spa, I was greeted by 2 wonderful gentlemen at the front desk. Next one of the guys showed me around the spa area and the tranquility room. After a short wait my therapist met me in the tranquility room. I was very fortunate to have Neris as a massage therapist. He is absolutely a wonderful massage therapist. Between his stretching and massage strokes, I was able to leave the spa pain free and very relaxed and enjoy walking around Beverly Hills. Neris is a very gifted massage therapist and has magical hands. When you spend a lot of money for a spa service you want to feel special and be relaxed – this spa certainly is the place for that. I would highly recommend this spa if you are in the Beverly Hills area. After my spa service I enjoyed a delicious lunch at The Blvd. The iced tea guy was great in keeping me well hydrated. The lunch of braised tofu and rice noodles was yummy. My only complaint was the dessert menu. They needed more selections. I tried the Bollo dessert but it was hard & dry.…
Everything about our stay has been exceptional. We spent 2 nights at this sophisticated hotel with a long history dating back to 1928. Our room was tastefully decorated and luxurious with every creature comfort provided. The pool and patio area were beautiful and the prefect way to wind down after a day of sight seeing. Most of all, we gave this hotel our top rating because of the exceptional service provided by each and every staff. Every single person who works at this hotel that we came in contact was professional, more than happy to assist, polite and friendly. Thank you for a lovely few days
The suite was lovely - very recently renovated with great views over the city. However, overall the hotel lacks some of the things you would expect from a Four Seasons, such as the personal touch and a friendly front desk. The restaurant was very disappointing. We went to The BLVD several times whilst staying at the hotel and can only describe it as average. The service is mediocre - at breakfast there are more staff than customers and the staff stand around chatting and watching TV. Similarly the hosts are quite rude and barely greet customers. The food is generally good but very overpriced for what you get. Whilst the restaurant benefits from a lovely view onto Rodeo Drive, this is really the only plus point. Overall the hotel does not offer the quality of service you normally get at a Four Seasons. Will continue to be loyal to the FS brand based on previous experiences elsewhere, but would not recommend this hotel. LA has many others which would offer a far better experience. …
Great hotel, excellent location, great service, clean rooms and we communicated my wife's birthday in advance and had a cake waiting for us in the room. Access by car very good, frankly nothing to say, water and coffee in the pool of the hotel as well as sun cream
From the moment of arrival to our departure, the Beverly Wilshire was superb! Front desk was so accommodating, staff was excellent, rooms were beautiful and the food in the restaurant was terrific! The newly refurbished rooms are truly beautiful. Location cannot be beat, near everything. Staff made us feel warm and welcome and valued. Loved the big TV in the bedroom!
We recently stayed the The Four Seasons Beverly Wilshire for four nights. And let me tell you, the hotel staff alone was INCREDIBLE. The service we received here was above and beyond. I don’t normally write reviews, but I just had to let everyone know that the customer service here was impeccable and that you should book here. Each and every staff member here went above and beyond their capacities to make sure our trip was comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable - and it was. I would stay here again not just because of the convenient location, the cleanliness, and the gorgeous building and rooms, but because of the friendly, helpful, and genuine staff that made our stay 10x more incredible. We were taken care of and our trip felt so personalized and they actually cared how our trip was going. Jennifer the director of rooms helped us find the BEST room possible, which made our trip. Jose Blesa the Doorman was so genuine and accommodating when helping us arrange rides with the house car. He also was so great even just talking to him personally. Kevin and Lorence at the pool provided above and beyond service and were very attentive and helpful to our needs. I’ve stayed at many 5 star hotels and this hotel in particular had some of the best staff I’ve ever come across.…
We have stayed in many hotels around Los Angeles and this was by far the best experience. You cannot beat the location and the friendliness of every single staff person at the hotel. Can’t wait to go back
I visited the Beverly Wilshire solo for a spa treatment and I was blown away by the customer service. Every single person that I interacted with was so incredibly nice and it really did make my day. The spa service exceeded my expectations- I got the cryotherapy massage with Nim and I would highly recommend! I lounged poolside afterwards and felt like overall I had a very welcoming and wonderful experience.
If your are looking to feel welcomed and know that you matter on your vacation ...you need to stay at the Beverly wilshire a four seasons hotel .. service is impeccable Location you cant beat and the hotel is historic
Pros: The staff are great and the bed is great Con: The room is dark and barely enough light in the bathroom to insert contacts Forgot my razor and "we are out" of the shaving pacs but can charge you for a new gillette fusion (at 3x retail). Even motel 6 carries one for those who forget.
