Positives: The staff was on site and always friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. Negatives: There are 10 steps from the street and no elevator to the second floor. Sending in required registration documents online did not flow well. We would have preferred to provide them upon arrival. The room was small with only 1 small two drawer wardrobe. The bathroom had a translucent door, which created bright light in the bedroom at night, and was all concrete, not tiled. It had only 1 small towel rack. The vent was always on with the light. The door scraped the floor. The room lights were either all on or all off. Our only window looked out on an alleyway where restaurant storage bins and garbage cans were located. There was early morning and late night noise from restaurant employees in it. The only seating was a loveseat.…
Had an amazing stay at this property. Amazing staff and fantastic restaurant onsite. I highly recommend the eggplant appetizer! Bed was comfortable and room was cozy, would definitely recommend as it’s super close to rodeo drive and all the best shops!
A very cute, very quaint hotel only three blocks away from rodeo drive! Nice cafe inside of hotel and staff is super friendly! I will definitely stay again! My only gripe is the shower can get a little messy but other than that this is a great hotel option.
This is a quirky, European-style hotel. The location is excellent. The provided coffee is delicious. The front-desk staff members are very friendly and helpful. The only issue is the lack of soundproofing. I had trouble getting good sleep because the people in the next room stayed up talking into the wee hours of the morning for two nights in a row. If you are not sensitive to noise, this place is great.
First off the staff is so welcoming in an organic and genuine way. They do not talk to you like they are reading from a script. Em, was specificaly helpful when I had to check out. The room was perfect. It had a huge bed, the bathroom was beautiful. Alot of towels were provided along with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and not these tiny bottles they were normal size which is super nice.
Wanted to be near a surgeon in Beverly Hills to avoid long commutes. This hotel has really good reviews and looked cute / fresh / different from the other chains I normally choose. About 20 minutes on a good day from LAX. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, groceries and a small pharmacy is also nearby. A few blocks away from the Beverly Hills sign. Celebrity photos decorate the room and the hallways. Nua is the attached restaurant and we liked what we ordered. Pros: -Location -Quiet -Staff Cons: -No microwave (may not be a deal breaker for some) -No lift / elevator *IF YOU CANNOT GO UP STAIRS SKIP THIS HOTEL -One side of the bed has ownership of the outlet for the mini fridge, coffee maker and A/C unit. They do have it attached to a surge protector but you may want to bring your own long cord for a phone charger, etc -Bathroom sink is the type of bowl that sits on the counter and it was hard to wash my face without making a huge mess -Did not like smell of cleaning solution; It smelled like WD40 for 2 days of our 3 day stay -Photos of rooms and hotel look fresh and new. In person it seemed run down / ready for carpet update -There was only one chair in the room for the little table in the corner -The bed frame is metal ... we ran into it so many times I eventually wrapped them with towels to protect our toes (not joking!) TL:DR: I would stay here again if I knew I wasn't going to be spending my time in the room all day as a medical + remote work situation.…
Had an amazing stay at Sonder The Crescent Hotel! The staff were kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was unmatched. Conveniently located by all the best tourist attractions and restaurants.
The room was spacious and clean, i enjoyed the unlimited valet parking offered (with a price), the location was walking distance to many shops and restaurants, and a safe area to stay in. Service was great. The cafe downstairs was convenient!
My 2nd stay at a Sonder location and once again this did not disappoint. The Crescent is blocks from Rodeo Drive, the famous Beverly Hills sign, lots of restaurants and a short drive from West Hollywood for anyone looking to go clubbing. Check in was simple, the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was just like the photo: spacious, bed was big and comfy with lots of fluffy pillows and the TV had a every major streaming service so you can log in and watch from your account, plus Roku’s live TV feed for those looking for news, sports games, etc. I will definitely be staying here whenever I’m back in town for work events and leisure trips.
I felt like a star. Thanks to Jasmine for helping us out. Perfect location. Loved staying in Beverly Hills and Sonder made us feel as if we lived there! Valet parking is a wonderful touch with in and out privileges for $35 per day. Make sure to eat dinner next door at Il Pastaio.
