I had surgery so I was not able to walk up the stairs on the top floor, so the staff moved me to the ground floor room which was a huge help. All the staff were extremely helpful and the room was clean and comfortable

There are good points to this hotel but the bad ones will prevent me from returning. First the good points are: (1) terrace is a beautiful spot, (2) hotel was relatively clean, (3) has some chic features, (4) hotel staff was reasonably nice. HOWEVER, here are the reasons I won't return: (1) no hot water - my shower was freezing,...

We thank you for your feedback and wish to ensure you that the issues you have brought to our tension have been resolved, unfortunately there was no hard water on the day you wish to use it because our heart water heater had technical issues. Unfortunately they were none that the hotel could have predicted and therefore were unexpected, after...

Such a wonderful hotel and in an amazing location. As LA is huge, i definitely recommend renting a car. However, if you're looking for a hotel in a great location this is the place to be. Very modern and funky and includes a continental breakfast. The only thing that kind of bothered us was the walls are paper thin and...

Overall the hotel is reasonably visually appealing. I feel the assistant manager Grissel gave A+ customer service. She is sincere and goes out of her way to keep guest happy at check in. However, there is zero consistency with good customer service. When paying nearly an accumulative $300 per night with parking and gratuity, I feel Hotel Beverly Terrace can...

Great boutique hotel. Staff is FABULOUS! Everyone treats you like family! Grounds are very well maintained. Stayed here after being released from Cedar Sinai hospital for a couple of days. Would highly recommend it to everyone! Great restaurant on-site too with free breakfast and delicious lunch and dinners! We asked for a first floor room and were accomodated. Only complaint...

I reserved two rooms at the Hotel Beverly Terrace for two nights to kick off a CA road-trip that my husband and in-laws took. The rooms are simple, but have all the necessities, and very comfy beds. The courtyard was adorable and the restaurant, Cafe Amici, had great food, service and atmosphere. The complimentary breakfast is not much (an assortment...

I absolutely loved this hotel. I travel to LA almost every other week and this hotel was by FAR the most friendly, clean, happy hotel I have stayed in in LA. It is small, there is no gym, but the staff is incredibly friendly, the breakfast/restaurant is delicious, it is super clean.. I only have good things to say about...

Many hotels have restaurants that, well not many want to go to, we have surprised and delighted so many by changing their minds. Our humble Italian restaurant known as Cafe Amici is one of Beverly Hills most notable neighborhood restaurant, you know it's good when all the locals go there. Location is very important when traveling, especially in Los Angeles where most things are few and far apart. Being located in Beverly Hills adjacent to West Hollywood our guests are lucky to be in walking distance to some of Los Angeles is most well known attractions, promenades, shops and eateries in the city. Staying in Beverly Hills

Neighborhood Profile
Beverly Hills
Beverly Hills began as a modest village years ago and today you can still feel its small town origins, even though it has become a major tourist attraction and business center for the entertainment industry. This town lives up to its reputation as an area full of designer retail stores and residential streets lined with mansions and palm trees. Inside the commercial center of Beverly Hills, along Rodeo Drive, droves of tourists peak into ultra-luxurious boutiques hoping to catch a glimpse of someone famous. Off of Rodeo Drive however is where some of the most affluent Angelenos occupying the streets of Beverly Hills come for leisurely meals, power lunches and beauty treatments.
