If I have to choose the hotel in Krasnaya Polyana, I will choose this one. Rooms, territory, survice - everything on the high level. Bid swimming pool! Not far from Rosa Hutor with several nice plases to have a dinner.

I came to Sochi on a conference that is back to back with the F1 Grand Prix race. This hotel is obviously high secured resort due to its owners.. mainly Gazprom. It is a very large resort with many buildings and Villas and walking access to the mountain ride. It in the Olympic Ski Resort area. It is a bit...

Very good location, nice looking hotel with territory and a mall close. Staff is helpful. There is a rather good big swimming pool with sauna and jacuzzi. As a minus I can add poor service during breakfast. There were a lot of people and staff didn't provide in-time refill of food and drinks so we had to wait a lot...

Dear Veronika! Thank You that You found opportunity to present Your opinion about time in our hotel! Currently we try to improve quality of service and food in restaurant. Unfortunately it will take some time. But every day step by step we try to do quality better. Obviously it is one of the most importent part of the faultless service....

I went there for a ski holiday in January 2015 and wasn't disappointed at all. Hotel is very beautiful, rooms are nice, cosy and clean. Breakfast was amazing, great selection of European and Russian food. Lockers in the ski room are very clever, there's heating in them, so when you come to get your stuff the next morning it's all...

I stayed in Grand Polyana during the Sochi Olympics. Russia received a lot of criticism for the huge sums spent on developing the Sochi/Adler/Krasnaya Polyana region, but as a visitor it is quite impressive. Transport logistics and facilities seemed pretty good, I would be interested to see how the Olympic legacy works out. Grand Hotel Polyana has excellent facilities, the...

We came to this hotel for the Olympics, as did, I suspect, almost everyone else in the hotel. However, the hotel staff, including the concierge, did not appear to have any information on the Olympics. When I politely asked for directions to the luge event at the Sanki sliding center (i.e., I had tickets to an event there that day),...

The hotel is located on a mountain range. The surrounding forest makes you want to go for a high. Its the perfect example of natural beauty and civilisation. The receptionst are friendly and try their best to speak english. I would recommend the hotel to anyone that wants to rewind.

GHP as it is revered to often is a large hotel complex with 3 Lodges, conveniently named A, B and C building. I stayed in the A and B building and did not experience a difference. The buildings are connected via covered walkway, so stroll around. And if you are looking for a walk, then do walk around the estate...

Very good hotel...infrastructure is 5 star, rooms 4+ stars, service is terrible...I save an opinion that staff has no idea about their hotel and local area at all. Concierge service is on the same bad level. Best example: when I arrive I asked concierge how could I get tickets for biathlon challenge and he said that it is not possible...
