We arrived late at night during a power cut so we're unable to check in, no problem we had an accommodation voucher and were taken to our lodge. After a 12 hour drive we were SO pleased to get there. We wanted to open a bottle of wine that we had brought with us, so started going through the kitchen...

The property is in a beautiful location. Unfortunately, half the lake is dried out, on top of that, the drought has weaken the forrest, then the bark beatles ate the trees to death. Half of the Forrest is dead brown pine tree. This goes all the way up to ayosemite. Now the chalet. At first glance it seemed nice, with...

We stayed in the Chalets for one evening. While the price was great (because it was in November, off season), the chalet was just OK. If you are expecting a romantic cabin in the woods...think again. - Because they are duplexes, we could hear every loud "thump, thump, thump" of the two kids in the family next to us all...

Great setting, good proximity. All the makings of a resort but without the execution. 2 level rooms in duplex "chalets" are a cute idea but are terribly outdated, and not in a charming way. No duvet cover on the comforter, blanket with holes all over it, cracked laminate counters and floor tiles. Bedroom made me claustrophobic with the king bed...

Perfect place to spend vacation. They have everything ready for you. The cabins are 2 level with kitchen even pods for cooking, very friendly staff, very clean. Access to the beach and lake make more attractive for tourists. Well equipped marina for boating lovers. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Myself, my partner and his family stayed in this wonderful resort while we visited Yosemite Park. It is a bit of a drive from the central Yosemite valley but the views and surrounding area are all magnificent so you dont mind the drive in. The cabins are lovely with great kitchens, living areas, balcony with a picnic table. We got...

We had such a great time here at The Pines Resort ! The suites we rented were very nice and clean - needs a bit of updating but not bad. There were 3 of us to the suite, my mom had the king bed and my husband and I brought a blow up mattress to sleep on instead of the...

We were originally given a chalet with a large set of stairs but with a 2 yo and 6mo this was entirely inappropriate. We asked to be moved to a room on one level and were kindly given a suite over looking the lake at no extra charge. The chalet from what we saw was very old and needed updating...
