I needed a place to sleep and I had stayed there before , so I knew what I would get. Check-in was easy and when I got to the room the bed was comfortable and the shower worked well enough, but when other folks were adjusting their shower it fluctuated. There was no breakfast available, other than that the stay was fine.

Beds were fine. No bugs. Room did have a fridge, microwave and large flat screen TV. Water pressure was good in the shower, but it kept going from hot to cold.
Neighbors were smoking dope and it made the room stink. Have noticed a lot of people coming and going. Dropping people off, then coming back later to pick them up.
Walls were spray painted and filthy. Who knows what on the mirror. Furniture looks like a used garage sale purchase.

Super low budget at $47.00 and should be practically free in the shape it's in. Dusty all over. Flat screen TV looks as if it was used as a dinner plate. Furniture has cigarette holes, finger nail polish on it. Micro fridge is rusty and dented. Walls dented and dirty.

Large parking lot and driving distance to food. Saturday nights the race track is full out till 9 pm and it's noisy. Receptionist was polite and check in was fast. Bed is comfortable and AC works well. Microwave in room too. Bring some smell good. Room wreaks of Cigarette smoke.

Dirty, walls had holes with peeling paint. No hot water, front desk person wore a sweaty tshirt, very unprofessional
Trying to get a refund but they only refunded dog fee.
Now I book hotels that don't say "non refundable".
When I was running the water in the tub to wait for hot water, it didn't drain.
DO NOT STAY HERE!!
Scary area as well.

Disgusting, I would rather sleep in my vehicle. Mold on the walls, No batteries in the remote control. Knobs broken off heater so it does not work. Cigarette burns in sheets and comforter. Security locks broken off inside of door.

A cross-country move led to a few stupid decisions and the first one was to keep driving when we already had a pet-friendly hotel lined up. Almost immediately, we ran into construction which turned our quick little jump into Memphis into a soul-sucking, mind-numbing, torture of a trip and we made it as far as West Memphis before we hit a wall and absolutely had to stop.
Sadly, our lack of preparation meant that all pet-friendly hotels in the area were completely booked, with the exception of this one.
After multiple disappointments, we were grateful to discover they had a place for us, until we opened the door to the room. Yes, this was better than sleeping in our vehicles, which were stuffed to the gills with pets and boxes, but that's really debatable. The bathroom light didn't work, which meant showering & visiting the restroom in the dark. The shower dripped loudly all night, the bathroom vanity was broken so that any amount of pressure threatened to tear it from the wall... there was a basic feeling of dilapidation in the room, made all the more real by the sandy feeling in the sheets, which happened to be covered in a variety of stains. Needless to say, I didn't sleep under the covers and was fully clothed. I honestly expected a serial killer to suddenly appear out of a secret tunneling system and film our murder, but apparently even that was too much of an effort for the Express Inn.

I booked my stay about 2 weeks ago. Plenty of time to have a room ready on time. I left Texas at 2 a.m. to arrive at 11 a.m. (trip advisors listed check in time). When I arrived, housekeepers and receptionist were conversating in the lobby. I was told the room wasn't ready, and to give them an hour, but I could still pay and have the key. (How sweet).

We went to eat and came back at 1. (I had to find something to do for 4 hours, which mostly consistent of me sitting in my car.) The door to my room was closed, so I thought they were done. I grabbed my stuff and headed up the stairs only to find a housekeeper opening my door. They had just started. So I left to use the restroom at a neighboring truck stop. When I came back, they were done
( maybe 10 minutes later). Not near enough time to clean anything.

My skin is laterally crawling with what I found. I'm so glad I brought my own pillows and blankets.

I don't have any idea how this place got any good ratings on this site. We had a reservation made about 2 weeks out. When we got there, we weren't given the type of room that we had booked. Upon checking into our room we both smelled human waste. When I walked into the bathroom I could see that someone had used toilet and did not flush. The toilet was disgusting. We had travelled a long way and were very tired, but decided to try and find another place to stay. Unfortunately, nothing else was available. I ended up scrubbing the bathroom myself. The counter tops and refrigerator were sticky and covered with spills of some sort. The walls next to the bed were also dirty.
This was the worst hotel I had ever seen. Pay a little more and stay in a decent hotel.

Was there over Labor Day weekend and stayed two nights in Queen room double queen size beds. We were checked in to our room within 5 minutes of arrival. The room was clean. Clean bed covers and sheets. The bathroom was also clean and fresh soap and shampoo. The managers/owners were both very pleasant and helpful. Brwakfast was included, cereals, muffins, toast, and self make waffle. Fresh coffee and OJ. The location was great for our needs, wanted to visit Memphis, TN. Parking right up in front of rooms, spacious and well lit. Eventhough it was nestled between two major freeways, it was quiet. Inexpensive motels tend to be so so at best. But with this one, this one was pleasantly and unexpectedly awesome.
Definitely will stay there again!
