The hotel is an amazing treat! Nice rooms, excellent spa facilities, massages and night hot tubs highly recommended. The food at the restaurant is also amazing and they let you bring your own wine! 15 mins away from Enbalse Puclaro, it a pradise place to come back after a day of kite or wind surfing! Will come back for sure...

We have been there for three times. Sauna, wood baths/tinas under the starry Night sky, and eucalipts.Grill for every cottage. The garden of the complex is full with grass, flowers and trees. A fairytale! The food is excellent because the chef there knows the value of the good taste. A good taste of Chile. We would return with the first chance to go back to Latin America.

This new boutique hotel added recently is well worth a visit. It sits apart from the other parts of the complex, with private entrance and car parking. The rooms are well presented with all the mod cons ( apart from what the Brits would expect i.e coffee /tea facilities in the room). That said, coffee and tea is available all day in the lounge. There's a lovely spa, with pool, sauna and steam room, and also an attractive unheated outdoor pool ( note in summer, temperatures reach 30C so maybe this is great). There are beautiful gardens, a little duck pond with geese, turkeys, chicken, ducks and a wonderful fruit garden. Bikes are available and the restaurant serves lovely food. Drawbacks - small things - the outdoor Jacuzzi, the massage area and at the moment lunch is situated outside the boutique hotel complex. The Elqui Valley is famous for it's absolutely clear skies and spectacular views of the stars at night , but the night lights around the hotel, spoils the view - they need to lower the intensity.

In this complex you have two swimming pools, one near the restaurant of the Complex, and the other one near the Spa. The surroundings are enchanting, Green, the nature bursts through every pore of the Earth... flowers, palms, eucalipti, more flowers and buches... There is not a hotel per say, but a number of 5 or 7 (?) lodges, and every one of them has like 3 or 4 brooms, a very big dining room and a kitchen with everything you would need in case you want to prepare the food yourself. Every lodge has its own BBQ in the garden. It is amazing. The food in the restaurant is super-fine, they make their own bread, so it is fresh and warm at any point of the day... The PR head, Juan Carlos, is a very nice guy, every time very helpful and sweet. Also they have what is called ´´tina¨´´, these being some big Wood bathtubs in the garden. The wáter is warmed by a small metal cage full of embers they put under the wáter. You can stay al night long in this tub if you like. Every tina has its own cold wáter shower. It is amazing to do that, drink a beer or a wine... in the night under a starry sky, feeling the smell of the Eucalipti that form a special wall behind the tina área. A tina is included in the Price for the first evening, and if you loved it and want one the next day, the Price is 20.000 pesos, meaning around 50 USD. The Price for one room may vary given the period in which one may go there. Near the festive days the prices can go up. The last time we went there we paid 70.000 pesos. A few months before, we paid only 50.000. Therefore... do your math and enjoy! It is amazing and no one could regret a vacation there. It is a special location and very good for families, couples, groups.
