Zoetry certainly didn’t disappoint ! Beautiful , peaceful , quiet resort . The grounds are very beautiful & well kept . The rooms were very nice , the food was very good & the staff were just amazing . We asked for lobsters one night that wasn’t even on the menu & sure enough they brought us some delicious lobsters !!! If you want a relaxing vacation with great service ; I would definitely recommend this resort 👍🏼

Not a Couple only resort as sold Food really not good enough compare to the overall cost we were there last week of November 2023... a lot of people were excessively bitten by mosquitos...look like measles including my wife. The property is nice and very clean, extremely well maintained Absolutely, every employee is extremely nice and helpful

Dear guest I appreciate your time and valuable feedback. I have to mention that ee are not sold as adults only, we admit children however, they are not very frequent first because the concept of our resort is not attractive to them or except in some seasons when their parents want to pay the full rate for them. We'll continue working in our menus so that you, our guests, see the cost-benefit ratio reflected in this aspect. In relation to the bugs, we do as much as we can. It is not only something from our resort, they are in all the resorts from Punta Cana. We know that these unbearable enemies have their preferences, there are guests whom they do not even determine. I regret that you were one of them The best we can recommend is to bring a good repellent so they can't ruin your vacation. Nevertheless, and although these issues, we hope to see you again. An absolute Gem of a Hotel. Best staff on a resort I have come across. Jordi at the bar, Felix, Juan and gang at the Italian restaurant. Sirginia looking after us, Ramon doing the beach food, AKA No Leche!!. Alex our Concierge. Alan from Zeotry the most amazing person. Gorgeous people from a Gorgeous resort. Don't tend to go back to previous resorts but this place is a must.

There was a heavy storm when we arrived to Punta Cana. We spent an interesting journey from the airport to the hotel. At one point we thought our driver got lost as we have passed all the big hotels and the road turned bumpier and narrower then before. Luckily we were on the right track and pulled into the amazing reception of Zoetry. We have been greeted with a glass of champagne and cool towels to refresh. The staff was friendly and check in was painless. We have been escorted to our beautiful room. There were Happy Birthday and Honeymoon sashes on our door. Little touches that made the difference to us. There was a welcome bottle of rum, fruit basket, bottle of wine and a beach bag in our room. The mini bar was full of beer, wine, soft drinks and water. We spent an amazing 10 nights at this paradise. We loved all the restaurants and the food and drinks. I have to say you will never go thirsty or hungry. We have eaten far to much as the food was delicious. We loved walking through the grounds every day. The garden is beautiful and well maintained, credit to all the gardeners making sure everything is pristine. We loved the little lanterns lighting up the footpath every night, it made it magical. What really made our holiday so special is all the staff serving and helping us. There are a few I like to mention by name and I apologise if I forgot someone. First of all Alejandro aka Alex our concierge, who was always there to help with all our enquiries. Amongst everything he helped me to organise a surprise dinner for my husband's birthday, We saw him daily and he checked if everything is ok and if need anything. Ricardo always greeted us with a big smile & great energy every time he saw us. We also loved Eduardo aka Mr Coffee . Every morning greeted with a wonderful smile and he has a great energy. We looked forward seeing him every day. Jendilier, Eduardo & all the staff at Indigo gave us an excellent service every morning at breakfast. Rafael the fitness instructor at the pool was great. He got me to do paddle board yoga, which I thought I will never do, it was a laugh. Diana who served us in the coffee shop and the canoe bar as well. She was lovely and very helpful. She had a special touch and she always looked after us. Henrry Sushi - served me sushi snack at the pool bar. They were absolutely amazing. I enjoyed them every single time. The following staff have served us throughout our stay and they have been excellent and credit to the hotel and wanted to mention them by name: Juan, Felix, Marlene, Derlin, Rossalinda, Merlin, Oliver, Eliyizier, Leidy, Beatry, Jordi ( Canoe bar), Julio, Ramon ( doing the grill at the beach), Beatriz, Jairo. Papa Smurf was all very helpful during the day as well as night. Mr Happy cleaned my sunglasses, I have to say they never been so clean since I had them. This place give us everything we wanted and more and we thank you for having us and making our holiday truly special.

I ventured to find a place where I could escape and enjoy a quiet peaceful few days. This resort has been on my list for a while. Well it did not disappoint. The location is perfect for taking in sun whilst enjoying a nice ocean breeze. The rooms are well appointed and perfect for a day inside if you so choose. This by far was one of the most relaxing get-aways I’ve had in a long time. I was fortunate that there weren’t many kids around.

We came to Zoetry with another couple and it was such a great stay. Staff were friendly, positive, and attentive. Our room was cleaned multiple times a day and was decorated as we were celebrating an anniversary.

Just don’t go. The service is terrible, the food is worse than mediocre, the condition of the room/property has not been adequately maintained. The staff are not supervised nor are they properly trained.

Zoetry Agua Punta Cana was a great place to stay. The food and drinks were amazing. The staff was attentive and friendly. The resort was clean and spacious. We went on some great excursions. Overall we had an awesome honeymoon!!!

To be honest, the hotel is overcharging its guests, we stayed at a villa (one of the most expensive rooms) and had issues since the day we arrived, the master shower was clogged so in order to shower you have to be closing the water and wait for it to swallow In another room ( the villa has 3 rooms) they had to switch a toilet because it wasn’t working and in the other room the bathroom had blood stains on the floor and it was raining from the roof The power went out every time we connected something so we had to wait for maintenance to fix it and the ac broke a couple of times But the worst thing that happened to us is that they stole a gold necklace at the spa from my sons locker we had to complain and tell them we were going to call the police, and next day they did found it we were pretty sure one of the staff member took it since they were the last appointment for the day the food Is not the best, but at piragua restaurant the staff is really nice Anthonio yoana Maria natali and soranyi where amazing with us Also Alejandro the concierge and Chris did Their best to help The area where the hotel is located, is dirty it’s dirty and isolated We will never go back

Dear guest, I am truly sorry for what happened, it is not the stay that I as manager wish for my guests. Unfortunately there were unexpected problems that we have never had before in the shower and toilet of that villa. Additionally, the rains caused serious damage not only to your villa but to many other rooms including a short circuit in one phase of the hotel which affected our whole operation during the last week end. Regarding the blood stains, it was not blood, it was paint. As you could remember, it was the same reddish-brown color as the furniture. Obviously, after a week of rain you can imagine what it looks like anywhere including the beach and its surroundings. Even in the rain my gardeners kept the gardens spotless and the beach people did their best to keep the beach clean by picking up the amount of sticks that came in from the sea. I cannot vouch for the areas around the hotel, as you may have noticed I am next to a large construction site. On the other hand, despite saying that the worst thing was the theft of your chain, something that never happened. I personally talked to you and told you that the security procedure had not been done properly at the time. The chain was found inside the towels that you yourself used so it was not because of your threat. I start from the principle of knowing my staff and their honesty. Finally, and something you did not mention, is that everyone in the reservation was compensated at home. I thank you for your positive comments about Alejandro, your concierge, Yoana, Maria, Natali, Soranyi, Chris, Thier who in spite of everything made your stay a little more pleasant, I will extend my congratulations to them. I am very sorry for your intention not to return and additionally for our location which is indeed distant from the center. However, we would be happy to have you at our home and give us another chance to redeem ourselves so that you can really live the Zoëtry experience. Regards, Diana V Manager

All I can say is what a wonderful stay we had at Zoetry. All of the staff was amazing and they went out of their way to make our trip spectacular. Hendry, our concierge would reach out daily to check on us and whatever we needed. He even helped to resolve issues with our AC. The wait staff such as Ruth, Leidy, and Rosie were amazing!! Rosie knew what drinks we were having and would check in on us many times during each day at the beach. Ruth was so friendly and would go out of her way to assist with any food request we had. This resort is beautiful and the staff clearly works very hard to make each guest stay amazing! These folks clearly deserve a raise!!
