Look, this place may not be up to par with 4 star hotels in other cities. But i stayed in other lodgings at Bromo, this is definitely the best The room is a bit dusty, but everywhere in Bromo is dusty. But the facility is good, staff are friendly, helpful and i got a good night and comfortable sleep. And...

I was surprised how cold the hotel was even on the equator. There was no heating so you need warm clothes in the evening. The food was good and the staff very pleasant. We arrived in the dark so after our meal found it a bit confusing to find our room even with a torch. There are steps up to reception...

We stayed for one night to visit Bromo at sunrise. Although the welcoming was a bit cold ( it has to be considered that it was 11pm) the hotel it's beautifully designed and the personal were allways friendly and tried to do all they could to make our stay perfect. There are a few details they have to improve but...

Amazing modern yet classy architecture, convenient, efficient hotel and reliable team. Great breakfast, very friendly team, and a wonderful photography museum that should not be missed. This is a top hotel.

The hotel is probably the most luxurious in the location, so this is among the best standard you will find in this region. The modern Javanese hotel aesthetic is very fitting to the nature that surrounds the rooms. The rooms are smaller than expected and do not have any form of wifi but the beds are well maintained and for...

It's a one nite stay but the hospitality by the staff is great. Nothing pretentious but the only setback is the wi-fi functionality. Hopefully by next year it has in all the rooms. Overall it is great!!

This hotel is just perfect when you visit the Bromo volcano. A really beautiful scenery and friendly staff made our stay here perfect. Dinner and breakfast are very good. Location to Bromo is okay. We can only recommand this hotel.

We paid A LOT for this room but was a bit disappointed by the room. The room was cold and damp, the bathroom was ancient, the mattress was old, the TV was no good either. Fortunately it had a great gallery and cafe (that's warm), and that's where we spent most of our time until it was time for bed.

Like many others we stayed here for a specific purpose - visiting Mount Bromo - and we arrived late afternoon after a long drive. The room we stayed in was across the road from the reception and restaurant but it set in a quiet location. We consider Jiwa Jawa provides functional accommodation to a reasonable standard and, as we travelled...

There wasn't much to do (when you weren't at bromo) and the staff were not helpful at letting you know what to do. Every meal we had there was at least 2 things wrong with the order. The 2 rooms were advertised as having a view over the valley, but there were trees in the way so you didn't! Overall...
