I came here 3 days now. Service is very good but breakfast is repeatative. Same breakfast everyday and the choice is limited. They provide only 1 ltr water bottle perday which includes drinking and making tea coffe which is insufficient for any adult. Also from hotel to road there are about 7-8 stairs and no holder. People may tend to slip during rainy days (like now).

Hi Im Jainul Abedin Rasel, I have Stayed here 3 nights with my wife just last 22/08/2023 at #room 1010 & it could not have been better. I Was really surprised to see the complimentary Cake wishing us Happy married life🥰. Check in/out was quick, room was clean & spacious & the breakfast was great. The pool & spa were clean & clear & the area around was very neat & tidy. Every employee we came in contact with was courteous & friendly. A Special Thanks to Mr.Shahnawaz Mahmood of Reception for recommending this hotel to me for our Honeymoon and helping me during check in late at night. I suddenly planned to come bangaldesh without making any hotel reservations. This was my second stay at the peninsula Chittagong. So when i reached Chittagong i messaged Mr. Shahnawaz of Front office to ask if he was at duty because he knows To speak Arabic & he have been very helpfull during my last stay at may 2022. So i asked if he could help me in booking a room for me. But it was my bad luck, by the time i called him he already finished duty & went to home. And was having Day off for the next 2days. But he didn’t disappointed me. He said sir dont worry i will manage to give u the best room at best discount price over phone call. He did as he said. He was continuously in contact with me & his Superior Mr.Galib. Finally i came to hotel & checked in to room 812. Thanks alot Mr Shahnawaz & Mr.Galib you guys have excellent guest service skill. I appreciate your efforts. Hope team peninsula management hire more Shahnawaz & Galib for guest satisfaction. i am very much satisfied with mr.shahnawaz job responsiblity & his hospitality towards the guest.
