A really cheap hostal and thats all it is, although they do have a nice patio. But the room wasn't clean. The water was cold and we slept on the street side, which was very noisy. So, if you want to sleep cheap and on the plaza armas, then its an option.

No hot water in the shower despite claiming otherwise. Other than that, rooms vary: there are either windowless rooms above a noisy restaurant, or rooms with balconies that don't close very well, which makes the room very cold at night, and very noisy both night and morning (it faces a busy street).

I stayed in 2 hostels in Cajamarca and this was the worst. They said they had hot water they do not (at least not in my shower) and the toilet has no seat. It does have wifi in the rooms. And the bed is ok and seems clean but could be cleaner, the bathroom could be cleaner. Location is right...
