We spent 3 days camping on a great interior campsite on the lake about 40 minutes from the main campground. Carmen in the office was great and suggested several good interior sites as well as a tip where to find otters ( which we did). The Lakers beautiful and had a site with a rocket bluff about 12 feet off... More

I love Algonquin Park - so for the avid backcountry paddler/camper, the norther part of Algonquin is a long hike from the city, but worth it in the busy summer months as the park traffic on several weekends in July & August get so busy its tough to get on a lake for an interior permit last minute. Having said... More

The campground is beautiful, nice sized, quiet lots and Carmen at the front desk is friendly and helpful. We were on #7. We stayed three nights with three young kids. There is a small beach with a roped off area for swimming, as well as a shelter that has a picnic table and a fire pit. No trails or activities... More

One of the most beautiful parks I have ever been too. Camped at the Kiosk campground, which is quite small in comparison to the others. I recommend this campground to anyone who is looking for a more low key and private camping experience. My girlfriend and I and friends went in late August and only experienced a few black flys... I don't know where to begin! This campground is probably the best I have ever been too in Ontario. I will admit my girlfriend and I and friends were blessed with incredible weather, which helped a lot. The sun was shining and the weather was nice and hot, the bugs were pretty much non existent. We only stayed for 2... More

We stayed here three nights in a pop camper in July. Black flies were bad but overall, this campground was perfect for us! There are only about 8 sites on one side of the campground and for one day, we were the only ones there. Hpe peaceful and relaxing! Kids loved swimming and fishing. My daighter caught a 4 1/2... My boyfriend and I stayed at Kiosk campground in Algonquin at the end of July/2015 and had a truly amazing time. There was absolutely no cell phone service here and it was quiet even though every camp site was booked. It was not as private as we had hoped but it was so beautiful that we barely even noticed! Check... More

We had an enjoyable stay for over a week in July at this campground in Algonquin Park. The site, Number 20, was huge. This side of the camp was very quiet, in a wooded setting with a great view of the lake. There were a number of mosquitoes and black flies in the second week of July but probably due... More
