I heard how good this spa is for the joins and back pains treatment so I decided to book for a night to try it and I found the best treatment and warm hospitality from Mr George the general manager who came personally to check on us if we are comfortable and we are enjoying or stay, and his team Mr Mohammed Alshekh and Mr Majed Amro thnaks for the room upgrade and you all warm welcoming, the hot water fall and the swimming pools and the rest of the property facilities are well maintained and well kept and taking care of, the atmosphere at night inside the 24hours hot swimming pool are breath taking which I enjoyed the most, about the food the dinner was made so nicely and freshly fish were served, breakfast too was made live by the chef as I requested. Will book again for a longer stay in order to have the benefit of my treatment, and of course its recommended to all Jordanian and the tourists who's planing to visit Jordan to experience this wonderful natural hot springs. …
Apart from all of the benefits of the hot mineral spring water, the venue itself is breathtaking. Yousef, the reception guy, went well out of his way to make our stay as pleasurable as possible. The view is beautiful. The pastry chef, Ghaith Halaybeh, is talented and extremely helpful. The staff was also very hospitable and the driver/security guys, Abu Hazem and Ziad, were very warm and attentive. Room service was exquisite and the overall design of the facilities is beautiful. The spa girls, Lisa in particular, were very sociable and respectful, as well as talented and caring. Overall, one of the best places I've ever been to. Spiritually uplifting and physically relaxing, well removed from the concrete jungle and enveloped in calmness. Simply beautiful.
One of the more enjoyable overnights we’ve had while living in Jordan. Not a top hit for most people with only a week in the country, but certainly worth the stop if you have a bit of extra time and want to loop out and back like we did to Madaba and Umm Ar-Rasas from Amman as well. The resort pumps in the hot springs to their own pool, which for us was more enjoyable than the actual hot springs themselves. The service was excellent, the rooms, spotless - we could definitely see ourselves returning.
i will never ever go back to this hotel ever. the rooms are not clean, service is very very bad. no signs even at the front door to push or pull the door. very old rooms, beds are not comfortable at all. towels are old and overused. if you ask for ice you have to pay for it, even in every hotel its free. food is very bad. the most important is the hygiene which is almost nothing. most of the guests don't use masks, at breakfast almost every one use their hands to pick food. no social distancing . the facility it self is very old with no maintenance . no sound isolation at all. if you are lucky you will have some sleep from the gests and kids sounds around you in the rooms and outside the room. spa they have is very bad, its suppose to have 2 parts one is closed the over have almost cold water. as over all experience its very bad one. this hotel need big time renovation from the beginning . have new management that is business oriented with understanding of tourism attraction.…
Visited the hotel & used its facilities including the hot springs water falls & had a devine dinner meal in the hotel restaurant at the terace. We enjoyed every moment during our full day activity as the hot water falls experience was so awesome, like a natural therapeutic massage and the dinner was so exquisite, one of the best meals I had in my life, cooked to our taste and wish by chef Mr. Ibrahim Aldirbani and were pampered also by the kind and attentive care of the hotel manager Mr. George Siouty, who gave ample time checking and talking to us.
