I spent 2 nights here recently. My room was very small, as I had a single room. The toilet, wash basin and the shower were within the room, so it was very compact. My room was in the building opposite the main building, which is where you go for breakfast. The breakfasts were very nice and there was a good... More

Recommendation from friend and exactly right. On our way back from a day in Skye we stopped for dinner. We were lucky to get in without booking. Langoustines really delicious and sea food platter huge!

Great Inn from the moment we arrived we were welcomed by the owners and the staff, we were quite late in arriving so we were shown to our table for dinner that's when our experience began, the food was fab we are seafood people but there is steaks, burgers, and all sorts of things but we went for the fish... Our first room (13) wasn't ideal for a young couple on a romantic getaway with the glass shower facing inside the room and anyone inside visible to anyone else in the room. We asked if we could change and staff were really nice about letting us have another. We were given room 9. This was a larger room on the... More

Lovely rooms, good WIFI, amazing supper and wonderful staff. Windows you can open for a great cool breeze and the seafood choices are excellent on the menu! Make sure you have the Cranachan for dessert, bliss! Super selection of some local smoky whisky as well.

The food at the Inn was very nice. Good portion size and served with a friendly efficiency The rooms are clean and ok. The shower cubical is too small, the shower is no more than a hot trickle. There is no where to put your toiletries. There was no where to dry wet clothes and as a Scot in Scotland,... More

There are 2 buildings for this hotel and if you don't know where is the reception, you'll have to look for it for a while... The reception is in the restaurant place. The welcoming was a bit cold and very quick. The rooms are nice, but not completely clean. However, the night is very quiet and I slept very good... More

Stayed here for two nights and really enjoyed the place. Friendly welcome, really extensive breakfast ( freshly baked rock cakes/pancakes, normal and veggie haggis, salmon etc etc). Rooms are attractive but it is an old house so expect a little noise from creaking floorboards etc. The young women in charge is very lively, fun and kind and it really sums... More

Visited twice whilst on holiday and food and service was excellent. Definitely recommend booking to avoid disappointment. Excellent selection of fish dishes (most locally sourced) and a specials board. Managed 3 courses each on both visits!!

This small inn has really lovely atmosphere, there is no reason to complain, just one - the smell from kitchen is very strong in the whole building and in the room. If you will have luck and get bigger room, there will not be any other reason to complain. Perfect breakfast, friendly staff, strong wifi, delicious food in the restaurant... More
