Stayed at Rosebank twice now. Forest Suite is excellent. Two lovely bedrooms and a bathroom with views out to Garden. Very easy with a dog as there are walks in the woods straight out the back gate. Excellent breakfast. Excellent value and very freindly.

We stayed at the Rosebank House for 3 wonderful nights. The owners are just lovely people and were very helpful throughout our stay. Mal even gave us a ride into Callander to catch a bus. One of the coziest places I've encountered, with bath amenities to pamper every inch of your body and a spectacular garden, which leads right onto...

Stayed one night in Rosebank B&B and would like to recommend this place that is situated in beautiful surroundings. Our room had a nice view to the garden which meant that the situation close to the road with traffic wasn`t a problem. The old house is restaured in a fine way and nicely and comfortably furnished. The owners are very...

We stayed at Rosebank for one night due to adverse weather conditions. We contacted Mal at short notice to arrange accommodation and she was very helpful. Room was lovely and clean, very comfortable. We were made to feel very welcome. Breakfast was great - plenty to set you up for the day - Paul chatted away. Would definitely go back...

We spent a lovely night and day there, and despite the weather we were able to enjoy the back garden and surroundings. Both bedrooms were spacious and very nicely decorated.

Me, my wife and 2 year old daughter stayed at Rosebank House for 5 days in July/August 2010. We learned that the house was originally built to serve as a hotel more than 100 years ago. The place is very welcoming, with a "home" like feeling. We were allocated a family room, which was larger than some of the apartments...

We (a family with two teenage children) stayed for 3 nights at Rosebank House. The atmosphere at the B&B was very welcoming and relaxed. We made use of the guest lounge and the conservatory, especially the conservatory was a lovely room to sit in. Breakfast was excellent, and thanks Mal and Paul for your advise how to spend rainy days...
