This is a beautiful building with everything that you come to expect from a Parador. Our room was spacious with a lovely view. We only stayed for one night but wished we had stayed longer! The staff were very helpful ( bi lingual). The breakfast was excellent. The Parador is located in the old part of the town, and this... More

We spent 4 days here and found it a fabulous base for our travels round Navarre. The restaurant was very grandly decorated in keeping with the historic origins of this Parador, but we only ate there once. Breakfasts are fine, but the dinner was a slight let-down compared to the overall glamour of the place. There is a totally wonderful... More

Cosy room with a great view, eyelevel with a stork's nest. Shame about the lift next door, but not being a place with nightlife it was not too much of a problem. Staff more friendly at reception than Leon, but the restaurant staff more hesitant, especially at breakfast where nothing was explained and we had to get up and ask... More

Beautiful hotel with great breakfast. We had the half board and the dinners were amazing. Staff was excellent. There is no hotel parking but you can checkin and unload your luggage and then there is free parking is available very close.

This parador is located adjacent to an 11th century castle. We had a bit of trouble finding the narrow archway leading to the entrance. Reception was very good. The public spaces are generally attractive. Our superior double room was unusual. We had twin canopied beds tucked in one area up and up four stairs had a sitting area with a... More

This is a very late review but I wanted to do one as we enjoyed the place so much. As others have said, you can drive close to the Parador to unload and then have to park (free) a couple of minutes away. The Parador is in part of the 14th century palace/castle - one side restored to 'old' and... More

In true parador fashion the hotel was located in an ancient palace cum castle overlooking the main square of this historic town. To a certain extent the property looked better from the outside than it did outside. Our room was in an wing to one side of the main building and overlooked narrow alley making it very dark. The whole... More

Beautiful property, well kept and very helpful and friendly staff. as with all Paradores the food was excellent, the hotel was spotlessly clean. The only downside was that parking is not as close as we would have liked, but this was not a problem.

This hotel and attached castle are the stars of this small town. Our bedroom was spacious with a modern en suite facility. Dinner in the restaurant was chosen from an interesting menu and was good value. While you may unload or load your car outside the hotel, parking is in a free public park about 2 minutes walk away, inconvenient... More

Staying in an ancient palace is a typical Parador experience. Reception was excellent and, by making a call to the local police we were allowed to park our 'special' cars in the square outside the hotel. Rooms are a decent size - our friends got the suite - and the dinner was 'typically Parador' i.e. not bad but served on... More
