Good breakfast, good location near the park. Helpful staff. Nice stroll into Tortosa. The decor is very 70’s but it was comfortable. Generous breakfast with good coffee and choice of patisserie. Near the train station.

We spent two nights at the Tortosa Parc Hotel, the room was clean and functional unusually there were no Tea or coffee making facilities in the room, the only complaint was that the lift always stopped at the 3rd floor, even when no one was using it. Breakfast was continental.

No matter what I put in my satnav I could not find the address shown in Booking.com. After nearly twenty minutes searching and asking various people, including two taxi drivers, I eventually found the hotel. The address on the street sign is “Carrer Comte Bañueulos” (Catalan) and this is a problem I had as I continued my journey through the region. I parked outside, went up the very steep but grand marble staircase to reception where a pleasant and very efficient young man booked me in, gave me a car park space in their garage next door and recommended a few restaurants nearby. Apart from a strange tiny double door “wardrobe” which had no hanging space, the room was fine. The hotel is well located, a minute’s walk through a lovely park to the promenade along the Rio Ebro and a short stroll into the historic old town, passing some elegant shops on the way. Breakfast looks good on the Booking.com photos but I only have a croissant or tostada and coffee in the morning so before I checked out I had a stroll round the old town then went back the bar round the corner where I had my previous evening's nightcap. Apart from the initial inability to find the place and the rather cold and wet weather, I had a pleasant stay here

Cheap hotel (27 euros per person in a single room), which meet expectations. The hotel has all you need to stay one night. The room is big and the air conditioning is adequate. It is near from the center. On the other hand, it is a simple hotel. In the average.

This hotel was a substitute for an originally booked hotel but was cheap, clean and comfortable enough. I was in a single room which was very small but served the purpose of a bed for the night with en suite bathroom and air conditioning. Walls were very thin which meant you could hear everything in the next room but I was lucky that they were very quiet. The hotel offers an indoor car park at €6 a day which we used for three days whilst kayaking the river Ebro, this was massively beneficial as it meant we had a secure area to leave our hire car. Tortosa has plenty of places to shop and eat with ting a 2 minute walk of the hotel, which was great for 5 hungry lands who’d been kayaking all day. Breakfast, although basic was sufficient for what we needed, breads, meat, cheese, cereals and yogurts and teas and coffees, although the use of white trays made you feel a little like being back in school. All in all the cost of the rooms was cheap and you got a cheap, all be it, comfortable stay.
