A beautifully restored old house right in the centre of Garachico with a central palm filled courtyard and lovely places to sit and relax in colonial style furniture. A high quality buffet breakfast is provided with fresh orange juice and filter coffee together with a good selection of delicious pastries, bread, cheese, fruit, cake etc. The only minor issue was... Please understand my reluctance, this is quite simply a wonderful hotel, not part of a chain but a lovely, sympathetically restored hotel from a 400+ year old building. Spotlessly clean, excellent hard working and interested staff, this is a corner of heaven. Breakfast is delicious, hardly continental more comprehensive from the home baked cakes, ripe avocados, hams, cheeses and a... More

We stayed here for two nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary and stayed in a mini suite which was, like all the hotel, stunning. The upgrade is really worth the extra few euros. There are various different rooms and areas to relax and on the roof a sauna and jacuzzi, which we used. The location is wonderful in a quiet... More

This was a last minute decision and booking to flee from the Paradore Nacionale de el Teide where we did not feel welcome or looked after. What a contrast! From the welcome at check-in to breakfast and check-out we were very well cared for. Don't be put off by the central location - the Plaza is pedestrians only and the... More

This was my 7th visit to this excellent hotel. It has a very relaxed atmosphere and wonderful friendly staff. It is situated in the traffic free centre of the village and is easy walking distance to several good restaurants. Highly recommended.

Our jaws were dropping as we were led to our room in this building that dates to the 16th century. An amazing room with charming nooks and crannies and an indoor balcony. You feel privileged just to be able to explore such a place. Excellent buffet breakfast.

We stayed here a couple of years ago, and have spoken of it often since, so when the chance came to stay again we jumped at it. At this hotel it soon feels as though you are in the lovely home of dear friends, for they do everything in their power to make you happy and at ease. It is... More

We had a 10 night stay here in February. It's a great hotel with a lovely feel to it. Built, I don't know how long ago, around a lovely central courtyard with palm trees and very comfortable chairs and recliners. The rooms are all different. There is nothing 'standardised' except perhaps the quality and attentiveness of the staff which was... More
