What a wonderful remote hotel, the views and setting are very beautiful and the staff are exceptional. We loved our stay here and would stay again, my only complaint (and unfortunately a big one for us) is that we specifically stated we needed a quiet room, we were told since it was remote all the rooms were quiet. However we were given room 1, which is in the main building. Each night we could hear everything in the lobby (guests, staff, people slamming doors) as if it was in the room. I actually think we could have ended up with the nosiest room on the estate. In hindsight we probably should have said something at the start of our trip and asked to change rooms. We would stay here again, but I would not want to stay in the main building, I would prefer one of the outer buildings on the estate. The rooms are very different and you can either bag a really lovely peaceful room or a very dated, or in our case noisy room.

However overall don’t let this deter you, it’s a great estate and I have attached a map of the buildings they provide. I would recommend staying Son Sales or Binidorm but I cannot comment on what the rooms are like inside other than the outside looked beautiful and they seemed quieter with better views.

Soller and the Port are both about 25 mins walk from the estate, however the real star was the free lifts to either and back the hotel offers for guests on evenings.

We stayed at the Finca Ca Nai for 3 days. It is idyllically located near Port de Soller. The whole finca has a very rustic charm, which is something to keep in mind, it is not a fine 5 star property but rather very rural/farm-like. The owners and all the staff were very friendly. The room was very large but also furnished in a very farmhouse style. A bit thrown together. Very rustic, but clean. If you can handle that, you are definitely in the right place, but if you are expecting luxury, then you are in the wrong place. The restaurant/bar at lunchtime is very tasty. Great selection and great cocktails. The breakfast in the morning is also really good. Very varied and high quality. We liked it. But I also know people in my circle of friends who wouldn't have liked it so much, but you have to be aware of what you have booked. In Germany it would be a holiday on a farm. As I said, we liked it and I can recommend it. Oh yes.. I think the original pool complex is very massive and almost overwhelms you.

Our first trip to this beautiful hotel and hopefully not our last!
The most stunning location, the most attentive staff, we couldn’t fault our stay here.
We stayed in room 16 which was a gorgeous room, so spacious with a lovely outdoor terrace and a traditional Mallorcan feel.
The cleaners came every day and provided clean towels and left the room spotless. All the staff were so friendly and welcoming, especially Jose who kept us entertained!!
The driver who provided drop offs and pick ups (sorry we didn’t catch his name) was also so helpful and gave us many recommendations for restaurants etc all of which were fabulous! Having this service at the hotel was such a bonus!
The pool area was clean and well maintained, just one suggestion being more loungers for those wanting to catch some rays as I believe there was only about 6 for the whole hotel. The cabanas were lovely and comfortable.
The honesty bar at the pool was a great idea and saved you walking up to the bar for drinks during the day.
The breakfast was lovely, fresh fruit/pastries and the option for eggs/omelettes/bacon etc.
The hotel was only approx 20 min walk to port de soller which has a lovely beach though can get busy so best to get there early!
We didn’t rent a car but if we were to go back we probably would do so we could explore further as it really is such a beautiful area.
Thank you Finca Ca N’ai for the most relaxing and perfect holiday!

We loved this beautiful finca on the island of Mallorca, near the small town of Soller. The staff here was accommodating, dedicated, invested, and helpful! The woman who worked in the breakfast room was a breath of sunshine each morning. Breakfast was a large spread of many delicious items to choose from. The serve-yourself coffee machines made for a great cup of coffee, made to your particular tastes! The property was quiet and relaxing. The pool area is unique and quiet (in Oct). Our suite (#14) was restful and lovely—highly recommend this room, though I did not see the other rooms. A mini fridge held bottled water, beer and wine. The wine was especially appreciated when we reached our room after a long day of travel to the island. A driver can take you into town and pick you up after your dinner. It is also possible and easy to walk, approximately 25 minutes.
Hiking on the island is beautiful. Doing day trips to and from, and returning to the finca in the evening is what we ended up doing, even extending to stay one more day at the finca. That was not our original plan. We originally thought we would stay on the opposite side of the island for a couple nights to enjoy the sea, but we found ourselves desiring the quiet beauty of the finca at the end of the day. Can’t wait to go back!

The finca is based in a valley of lemon and orange groves and is so tranquil and beautifully restored.
Don't expect 5 star hotel standards because it is still a working farm but appreciste the location and facilities they have created.
Our room was room 5 in the main house and it was stunning, with a private terrace overlooking the valley. Well equipped mini bar and restocked daily.

The bed was a decent king size and very comfortable. Cleaning was done daily and very good standard.

The pool area is outstanding, with balinese beds dotted around the surrounding terraces. There is a useful mini bar that works on a honesty basis marking the drinks you take.

This could be further inproved if a coffee/tea station and simple snacks could be incorporated. They had soft drinks and beers but again maybe some other small bottles of wine and ice would improve it further.

All the staff we met were delightful. Friendly and helpful. Maria and the waiting staff could not do enough for you and all spoke great english but happy to help us speaking Spanish!

Breakfast was really lovely, everything you could want for a true mallorcan breakfast.

Sitting outside was lovely but there are wasps who are attracted to the Jamon! Ask the waitresses and they will set up inventive distraction for the wasps with plates of jamon away from the tables.

The only thing that we felt lets this place down is the lunch and dinner quality of food.
The menu at lunch is appealing to read but the taste and quality of produce was lacking.

I am urging the owners to taste everything on their menu again as they may find they should either readdress the quality of produce or the chef.

We ordered the selection of croquettes twice, i cannot tell you of any varience in flavour as everyone tasted of flour, as the roux had not been cooked off properly and no flavour of anything else, they could have been fish or cheese or something else who knows.

The goyzas were obviously frozen as they came cold in the middle one day.

The salad was all bagged salad and tomatos tasted like cheap supermarket ones you get in England, which surprised us.

We stayed for one dinner, which was such a lovely vista to look out on and were excited by the menu.

But the lamb was slow cooked and managed to have no taste to it which was a shame. Even some herbs and garlic or some salt might have improved it. The fish soup was watery paprika flavoured but with no depth.

I am sorry to have to write this, but only because i have every intention to return and I'd love to see an improvement.

I genuinely believe an improvement to the food would attract more to use the finca as a destination dining experience on top of being a great hotel. We shall be back.

We stayed here for 3 nights in early September and had a truly relaxing and lovely time.
Our “room” was incredible - so much space and very individual, we were really overwhelmed (in a good way!) when we arrived at how big it was.
The pool area is clean and peaceful. It’s definitely been updated and upgraded since some of the pictures featured in previous reviews so don’t be put off by that
Dinner wasn’t available during our stay so I can’t comment on that. Continental breakfast was perfect and plenty of options. Lunch menu was limited but what there was, was delicious, fresh and reasonably priced.
Taxis are easy to get although as per Mallorca prices quite expensive so would recommend a car if possible to get around Soller / the port.
It is rural with amazing views and scenery.
Would definitely recommend a stay here!

This was our fourth visit to Finca Ca’nai. This year we requested the room we stayed in on our first trip (room 5). It’s in the main hotel building and has a lovely roof terrace with 360 views of the mountains and surrounding countryside. This ‘hotel’ is truly a wonderful place to stay. You feel so secluded and the facts it for adults only means it’s very peaceful. This year the staff team were particularly friendly - we enjoyed meeting all of them and noticed they seemed more attentive than on previous trips. There’s a new welcome addition to their service - a car to take you to the town or the port. This is essential as they no longer serve dinner in the evenings. They do a very good lunch though. I highly recommend staying here. We’ll be back!

The ultimate hotel for rest and relaxation - a beautiful quiet location with a central main hotel building and restaurant and then annexes scattered across the estate. Rooms are simply furnished but large and comfortable with private terrace and great views to enjoy. The breakfast outside on the terrace was excellent and service always charming and helpful. We loved our five nights here.

Absolutely amazing hotel. Set in its own grounds you are surrounded by fruit trees it’s so relaxing. Our room was very spacious with an extremely large private terrace with sun loungers. The pool area is excellent with lots of sun-beds and large daybeds.
Although at present the hotel restaurant isn’t open for evening meals and lunch they provide a free shuttle service to Port Soller and Soller with their large selection of restaurants both only take around 10-15 mins. There is also a Tram stop outside the hotel.
Breakfast is so good with a large selection and the best fresh orange you will taste, I presume from their own oranges.
The staff are brilliant and always on hand.
If i could give 6 stars I would

Our arrival was a little unwelcoming having to ask where the reception was, behind closed doors with no staff at desk. Our suite was v. nice inside but the whole stay was ruined by the smell of sewerage in the toilet. Tiny shower room just the size of a small bath. Outside area was disappointing with two old sunbeds on a patch of weeds in full view of communal parking area. Next-door's toilet was located behind a wooden door adjacent to our terrace, which made for unpleasant sounds when using the terrace area. At over £250per night, we found charging €1 for making yourself a coffee pod in your room a little money grabbing. Breakfast buffet was a bit ordinary, queueing at the drinks machine to make a drink each day. Service was enthusiastic but a little hap-hazard. T V had English channels but the signal was too poor to watch. Hotel website stated dinner available, this was not the case. Only one evening was food available, a fixed 3 course menu €55 p.p. Out of the four fincas we stayed at on our trip, this was the only disappointment. Not 4 star in our experience and over priced.

Our bathroom was closed off from the bedroom. Our room was on the 2nd floor in the main house. The other couples we were with had a bathroom visible from the bedroom. Just email them and request the closed off bathroom. They will oblige if they can. We had a wonderful stay there!

We only ate there twice in the evening. Once was the Monday Tapas night which is a set menu and once was a la carte. Not sure there was a great vegetarian choice.
