The apartments are located at the entrance to Kobarid, just off the main road; that makes for easy access, but unfortunately also for noise from the constant traffic during the day (better at night – see below). There are parking lots on the premises, free for guests. The ‘holiday homes’ are up a stair in the garden, and have a terrace with chairs, and one of them has its own little ‘private’ garden (almost zen-style, even with a water feature); they are equipped with plates and cutlery, but no cooking plates – but guests can use a common ‘summer kitchen’ (a covered space in the garden) with a barbeque grille and a wood-fired (!) oven. The room has a dining table and two chairs. The bathroom is small (one person only…) but functional, with space for toiletries; a hairdryer is provided. The double bed (king size, single mattress) is comfortable, with two pillow types provided. The windows have curtains, but they are translucent and leave some light through; the traffic noise comes down to almost nothing at night, so still good conditions for a good night’s sleep. The WiFi worked well; could not get the TV to work (no description, and nobody around to help with it). Apparently, guests can use a washing machine, but nobody was there to show me, either. The check-out is a bit earlier than usual (latest by 10 am).

Apartments Pri Nas is a beautiful stay in Kobarid, Slovenia! We stayed four nights in August/September 2023. Located in town it’s a green oasis with beautiful gardens that are bursting with colour, and a beautiful outdoor setting to read or have a cheeky pivo! Grounds also have a hot tub and a BBQ area for guests to use. Each apartment and/or room has a unique decor that is comfy, spacious, homely with all the items you need for a comfortable stay. Pri Nas is a great place to explore the Primorska region and owner Matia is welcoming, chatty and no assistance is to hard for him to assist with! Repeat customer, and will definitely be back again! Really is a home away from home! Hvala lepo Matia! 11/10!

What a wonderful time with great personal touches by our host Mateo! Rooms were spacious, very quiet, and clean. Many amenities in room including laundry, drying rack, full kitchen with dishwasher etc. The town of Kobarid is fantastic with great places to eat dinner, drink, and recreate. We will be back!

We visited Apartments Pri nas in July and chose the KRN loft appartment. It was a perfect choice, it is modern, clean and had all the necessary facilities. The communication with the owner is very good, he is helpful and very kind. The apartment is a good place to visit all the beautiful places of Triglav national park as it has a very strategic location close to everything. Bonus: they are dogfriendly. Would recommend to everyone 👍

Very comfortable apartment-style suite with everything you could possibly want, including a washer/dryer which was appreciated. It is located on a busy road but efforts have been made to sound-proof the rooms and the noise didn't really bother me and I'm a very light sleeper. There's also a hot tub for guests which was nice to soak in after getting caught in a rain storm at the top of Mt Krn!

Surprisingly this apartment was really spacious, clean and decorated very modern. We stayed here with 5 people. The caretaker was friendly and well organized. Outside there is a lovely BBQ spot and a hot tub. Main reason to visit Kobarid was the Soca river - rafting, hydrospeed etc. Pri Nas is a perfect place to stay while doing that. We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment (2 bedrooms and one bedroom/ living area). Very nice is the washer and dryer. Good Wifi and kitchenette.

The apartment was fairly nice, overall clean, the woman who checked us in very nice and hospitable. We enjoyed the espresso machine, washer and dryer. Several negatives: Our room was on the bottom floor (daylight basement) and had a very strong mildew smell from the bathroom-laundry-closet area that permeated the whole apartment. Also lots of street noise, so we had to close the windows, which was too bad in light of the smell issues. All of the vacant ground floor apartments doors and windows were left open during our stay and ours were open when we arrived, so clearly the owner knew about this problem. Lighting dim in bathroom and closet (I saw burned out bulbs) so it was difficult to see in my suitcase or put on makeup. Walking to town center involved a short stretch along a busy road, then several blocks through residential neighborhood where we felt very conspicuous. Hot tub was nice, but second time we used it it had a weird smell like chemicals were off (we've owned a hot tub). Lastly, when we went to the office to check out, during the posted office hours, no one was there. We called both numbers posted on the sign with no answer, waited 1.5 hours, then left. Had to miss out on something we planned to do that day because of our late start. It was difficult to get the owner to reply to our email inquiries about this after the fact.

We stayed 3 days and enjoyed the modern, tasteful interior of our room. The Espresso maschine was great and staff was very friendly. However, there is one downside: Rooms towards the street are quite noisy - cars are passing close by your room from early morning till midnight.

Apartments Pri Nas offer great value for money. We spent two nights in Polovnik apartment and were surprised how well it is designed with a lot of very nice and luxurious details. Everything is new and fully equipped, so whatever you need is there, from the coffee machine to the steam iron and drying rack. It is visible that owner wanted to make the stay as pleasant and convenient as possible, and not to skimp on everything. Additionally, he is very kind and helpful, so you can ask him for any assistance and sightseeing advice you need. Kobarid is nice little town that alone doesn't offer anything special, but surrounding nature and amazing Soca river are great for hiking, cycling, water sports and paragliding. I think there is something nice and interesting for every taste, no matter you want relaxed and slow motion or active sports vacation in beautiful nature.
