Thruly recomended to all Soca valley visitors. It is lovely, sweet and absolutely clean. We were 3 days staying in Soča little house and were very happy to be there. It has a beautiful garden and also owner is very helpfull.
We visited Apartments Pri nas in July and chose the KRN loft appartment. It was a perfect choice, it is modern, clean and had all the necessary facilities. The communication with the owner is very good, he is helpful and very kind. The apartment is a good place to visit all the beautiful places of Triglav national park as it has a very strategic location close to everything. Bonus: they are dogfriendly. Would recommend to everyone 👍
Very comfortable apartment-style suite with everything you could possibly want, including a washer/dryer which was appreciated. It is located on a busy road but efforts have been made to sound-proof the rooms and the noise didn't really bother me and I'm a very light sleeper. There's also a hot tub for guests which was nice to soak in after getting caught in a rain storm at the top of Mt Krn!
Surprisingly this apartment was really spacious, clean and decorated very modern. We stayed here with 5 people. The caretaker was friendly and well organized. Outside there is a lovely BBQ spot and a hot tub. Main reason to visit Kobarid was the Soca river - rafting, hydrospeed etc. Pri Nas is a perfect place to stay while doing that. We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment (2 bedrooms and one bedroom/ living area). Very nice is the washer and dryer. Good Wifi and kitchenette.
The apartment was fairly nice, overall clean, the woman who checked us in very nice and hospitable. We enjoyed the espresso machine, washer and dryer. Several negatives: Our room was on the bottom floor (daylight basement) and had a very strong mildew smell from the bathroom-laundry-closet area that permeated the whole apartment. Also lots of street noise, so we had to close the windows, which was too bad in light of the smell issues. All of the vacant ground floor apartments doors and windows were left open during our stay and ours were open when we arrived, so clearly the owner knew about this problem. Lighting dim in bathroom and closet (I saw burned out bulbs) so it was difficult to see in my suitcase or put on makeup. Walking to town center involved a short stretch along a busy road, then several blocks through residential neighborhood where we felt very conspicuous. Hot tub was nice, but second time we used it it had a weird smell like chemicals were off (we've owned a hot tub). Lastly, when we went to the office to check out, during the posted office hours, no one was there. We called both numbers posted on the sign with no answer, waited 1.5 hours, then left. Had to miss out on something we planned to do that day because of our late start. It was difficult to get the owner to reply to our email inquiries about this after the fact.…
We stayed 3 days and enjoyed the modern, tasteful interior of our room. The Espresso maschine was great and staff was very friendly. However, there is one downside: Rooms towards the street are quite noisy - cars are passing close by your room from early morning till midnight.
Apartments Pri Nas offer great value for money. We spent two nights in Polovnik apartment and were surprised how well it is designed with a lot of very nice and luxurious details. Everything is new and fully equipped, so whatever you need is there, from the coffee machine to the steam iron and drying rack. It is visible that owner wanted to make the stay as pleasant and convenient as possible, and not to skimp on everything. Additionally, he is very kind and helpful, so you can ask him for any assistance and sightseeing advice you need. Kobarid is nice little town that alone doesn't offer anything special, but surrounding nature and amazing Soca river are great for hiking, cycling, water sports and paragliding. I think there is something nice and interesting for every taste, no matter you want relaxed and slow motion or active sports vacation in beautiful nature.…
Stayed three nights in 1 bedroom/loft apartment with our college age son in July. Wonderful apartment with nice patio and grounds. Apartment is very well appointed (washing machine, drying rack, lots of storage, dishwasher, stove w/oven, full size refrigerator) makes for a great base for touring. Apartment is new, very clean and owner adds nice touches like fresh cuttings on tables. You can day trip north to the Julian Alps or south to the Brda wine district in Slovenia and Italy. The Peace Museum is excellent and there are nice places to hike just out of town. Convenient grocery store and several nice reasonably placed restaurants. Rates are very reasonable for such a nice apartment. Downside - Bedroom is just a sleeping loft but the sofa makes into a comfortable bed. Loft can be a little stuffy without AC. Location on highway intersection can be a little noisy.…
We had 2 extremely comfortable nights in this apartment. Beautifully appointed and well equipped. We were really impressed. There was a hot-tub which was lovely after a long walk and a pretty garden and BBQ area. It was a 5 minute walk into the town which has some amazing restaurants (if you like fine dining) but it also had an excellent pizzeria which we enjoyed enormously! Kobarid is a lovely town and the museum is worth a visit.
We had a very pleasant three night stay in this well equipped and reasonably priced flat. Our flat included a dishwasher, a washer-dryer, new large flat screen TV & other features many self-catering flats don't have & was very nicely decorated. The owner, Jurij, could not have been more helpful. Highly recommended for exploring the beautiful countryside around Kobarid.
