The apartments are located at the entrance to Kobarid, just off the main road; that makes for easy access, but unfortunately also for noise from the constant traffic during the day (better at night – see below).
There are parking lots on the premises, free for guests.
The ‘holiday homes’ are up a stair in the garden, and have a terrace with chairs, and one of them has its own little ‘private’ garden (almost zen-style, even with a water feature); they are equipped with plates and cutlery, but no cooking plates – but guests can use a common ‘summer kitchen’ (a covered space in the garden) with a barbeque grille and a wood-fired (!) oven. The room has a dining table and two chairs.
The bathroom is small (one person only…) but functional, with space for toiletries; a hairdryer is provided.
The double bed (king size, single mattress) is comfortable, with two pillow types provided.
The windows have curtains, but they are translucent and leave some light through; the traffic noise comes down to almost nothing at night, so still good conditions for a good night’s sleep.
The WiFi worked well; could not get the TV to work (no description, and nobody around to help with it).
Apparently, guests can use a washing machine, but nobody was there to show me, either.
The check-out is a bit earlier than usual (latest by 10 am).

Apartments Pri Nas is a beautiful stay in Kobarid, Slovenia! We stayed four nights in August/September 2023.
Located in town it’s a green oasis with beautiful gardens that are bursting with colour, and a beautiful outdoor setting to read or have a cheeky pivo! Grounds also have a hot tub and a BBQ area for guests to use.
Each apartment and/or room has a unique decor that is comfy, spacious, homely with all the items you need for a comfortable stay.
Pri Nas is a great place to explore the Primorska region and owner Matia is welcoming, chatty and no assistance is to hard for him to assist with!
Repeat customer, and will definitely be back again! Really is a home away from home! Hvala lepo Matia! 11/10!

We stayed one night in the apartments, it's an impressive facility located 500m from the centre of town, and Korarid is such a nice place. We were greeted warmly and all our questions were answered. We also had a small dog with us and he was welcome without any silly pre-conditions we've encountered at some place. We would have stayed longer if they had availabilty. A great place

What a wonderful time with great personal touches by our host Mateo! Rooms were spacious, very quiet, and clean. Many amenities in room including laundry, drying rack, full kitchen with dishwasher etc. The town of Kobarid is fantastic with great places to eat dinner, drink, and recreate. We will be back!

Thruly recomended to all Soca valley visitors. It is lovely, sweet and absolutely clean. We were 3 days staying in Soča little house and were very happy to be there. It has a beautiful garden and also owner is very helpfull.

We had a perfect 4 night stay in the Superior Studio. What a well kept and tastefully decorated apartment. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed and more than we expected. We felt like we were in a magazine layout for a Design Store. The grounds were also well kept and the fire pit on the hill was a great place to roast some marshmellows and watch the stars come out at night. Kobarid is a lovely small town with a lot of good restaurants too. We hope to be able to stay again at Pri Nas.

Very comfortable apartment-style suite with everything you could possibly want, including a washer/dryer which was appreciated. It is located on a busy road but efforts have been made to sound-proof the rooms and the noise didn't really bother me and I'm a very light sleeper. There's also a hot tub for guests which was nice to soak in after getting caught in a rain storm at the top of Mt Krn!

Surprisingly this apartment was really spacious, clean and decorated very modern. We stayed here with 5 people. The caretaker was friendly and well organized. Outside there is a lovely BBQ spot and a hot tub.
Main reason to visit Kobarid was the Soca river - rafting, hydrospeed etc.
Pri Nas is a perfect place to stay while doing that.
We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment (2 bedrooms and one bedroom/ living area).
Very nice is the washer and dryer. Good Wifi and kitchenette.

We had a very pleasant three night stay in this well equipped and reasonably priced flat. Our flat included a dishwasher, a washer-dryer, new large flat screen TV & other features many self-catering flats don't have & was very nicely decorated. The owner, Jurij, could not have been more helpful. Highly recommended for exploring the beautiful countryside around Kobarid.

We went to Slovenia on a family trip and are so glad we chose apartments Pri Nas. Lovely and modern looking apartments that have everything that you need so feel like at home. Nice kitchen, that has fridge, oven, stove and coffee machine with fresh Lavazza coffee. We cooked for ourselves two nights and went shopping to local supermarket which had local products usch as fresh milk, cheese and vegetable. We also went out twice for dinner which is walking distance to the village which allowed us to enjoy few glasses of wine.
The owner was great help for information about the local area but also great help when my daughter was motion sick in the car and her carseat cover needed to be cleaned. It was no problem and he got it sorted so that we can use it again by bringing to to dry cleaning free of charge. Amazing. The apartment was clean, had nice bathroom and storage room which came handy for our buggy and all luggage we had in the car. Wifi and TV all worked perfectly. I would highly recommend this place and I'm sure we will be back.

"It was a bit tricky finding the apartments, as there seems to be no street signs. Goriska Cesta is actually route 102, and if you are coming in from the direction of Tolmin, the apartments are one of the first houses on the right.
