This was such a nice pension in a really great location. The room we stayed in was called Artemis which is great for a family of 5 as it has a double bed 2 single beds and an extra bed in an upstairs loft. The breakfast was really good with great variety and I loved the bite size offerings of sweets and savouries. We really enjoyed our stay...will definitely stay there again when I go to Nafplio !!
This is a small hotel on the quiet side of town very close to parking along the waterfront. It is clean and quite comfortable. There are stairs to reach the main floor with rooms and the attic room has very very narrow stairs which might be hard for some. However the attic room has a private roof deck which is quite nice. The rooms have air conditioning, bathrooms have great water pressure and the beds are comfortable. It is also very quiet. The hotel is quite convenient. The breakfast is adequate, though not spectacular. Nafplio is a treasure.
I stayed at four different hotels/pensions in Nafplio, and actually all were good, but Pension Omorfi Poli was the absolute BEST, especially for an old woman with a cane like me. They have some "family suites" which are split-level and on the ground floor level (very unusual in Nafplio), so that was really helpful. And the suites are pleasant, roomy, have a particularly good shower with a grab bar for security, nice light colors and pretty bathroom tiles, and even kitchen facilities. Breakfast was absolutely outstanding with delicious tidbits and everything of high quality (not true at two of my other stays); and the innkeepers were helpful and hospitable. But my favorite thing of all was the little courtyard shared by the ground-floor suites, roomy and pleasant with beautiful plants and places to sit. It was really special and if I should return to Nafplio, this will be where I'd stay again. It is also very well located and handy to the Peloponnesian Folk Museum (great, and with a great gift shop) as well as to close-by places for lunch and dinner. Can't recommend too highly! A really special place to stay.…
Hotel was in a great location, based in the old city of Nafplio. The rooms were large and spacious and very clean! Owners were delightful and always willing to help. The breakfast was delicious and very reasonably priced.
I absolutely loved the decoration, the happy and bright colours, the furniture and the amenities of the room. it was spacious, with comfortable and clean beds and a big bathrood. the breakfast was one of the BEST I've ever had, something which came as a surprise for such a small hotel like that one. Definetely worth the money
