We had a wonderful time at Opora Country Living.

We stayed at the Master Country Living House. Its architecture blended perfectly with the olive grove and fruit orchard. The house was impeccably clean and tastefully decorated. It included everything we needed for our stay.

The owners and staff were very warm, kind and welcoming; we instantly felt part of their life there. Even though it was a working farm, they were always respectful and accommodating to all guests.

Breakfast was the highlight of our day; it was served on our porch, and it included a wide variety of nutritious homemade foods, most of which were produced from the orchard.

We decided not to use a car during our stay, and opted to spend our days by the pool or hiking around the beautiful countryside around the property. Via Opora, we also arranged a taxi transfer to Tolo, where we went on a day trip visit to Hydra and Spetses. The nearest village was a half hour walk from the property and had some lovely tavernas. For our nights in, Opora also offered a menu service with mediterranean dishes served in the comfort of our property. We were really impressed with the quality and range of options on offer, including lots of traditional greek dishes with a modern twist.

We would highly recommend Opora Country Living and we look forward to visiting again soon. A warm thank you to the Markidis family for hosting us and for their kindness and friendship.

We rented a small house for my husband and I and a single room for my son. Both very clean and comfortable. Very quiet location, but close to Nafplio, Epidavros, etc. Breakfasts on the terrace are incredible - so much food, accompanied by fresh squeezed orange juice and homemade jams! Afternoon menu is also excellent. 2 pools are on site.

A very nice and well designed hotel, which perfectly fits in the surrounding landscape. We stayed for only one day so we didn't have the chance to walk around all the property.
Our maisonette suite was nice designed with a very good Coconat bed. The breakfast was served in the rooms and it was really good. Too close to Nafplion a great location to start your activities.
We intent to return for a longer stay during summer!

Quiet and secluded, but still good starting point for many excursions by car. Spacious and nicely furnished room. Delicious breakfast. However looks are not everything. So most disturbing in our room was the totally missing noise isolation. Being in the ground floor let’s you participate in any movement in the upper floor.

Opora is one of the best places to be if you like to spend your holidays or your weekend away from the crowd and noise and be also just a few miles away from the centre of Nafplio and its attractions.
Brand new, clean and nice decorated country houses will be your residence during your stay and make you feel like being in your private ideal country house and not in another just nice hotel!
The stuff and the owners are very kind, friendly and very discreet but always available when you need them.
Fully equiped kitchen and bathroom great beds and stylish decoration makes your stay unforgetable and unique!
Nice breakfast with local products and anything you ask and an espresso machine also available in the room as long as many other usefull equipment to cook if you like your own dinner.
Don't forget to try one relaxing massage to pull all your stress out and spend some time in the outdoor pool which is wonderful!!

A perfect place to unwind for our first few days of the holiday. Well- appointed, traditionally- built and furnished rooms surrounded by olive groves, with good air conditioning, comfortable bed, fine toiletries. About a 10 minute drive into the centre of Nafpilio, and a 20 minute walk to the nearest local taverna. Beautifully peaceful, and a deftly- incorporated, small infinity pool. Breakfast brought a succession of excellent home made savoury and sweet small plates, preserves, home grown fruit ..... which we failed every day to finish. Fine cafetière coffee. Wifi was a bit patchy, but adequate. Other guests: couples of all ages and nationalities, a few with infants.

The nature and the facilities are perfect! Very nice and clean rooms that follow the traditional architecture, the beds are super extra comfortable and soft (Cocomat), the pool is clean and always visitable and the best part I think is...the breakfast! It is huge and covers all the tastes!! Also when you have the breakfast there is no need to eat the rest of the day!!😄The hospitality by Mr Mikeli, Mrs Ntina and the staff is perfect!! Must visit!

Opera had the best breakfast on our trip to the Greek country side. The first day we had so much to eat that we didn’t need to have supper. The rooms decor fit the ambiance of the country. We were fortunate to be there when the olives, oranges and pomengrates were being harvested on their farm. I actually went into the olive orchards on the farm and helped long enough to say that I raked olives. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful in the things we should do and where to eat while in Nafplion. Would definitely go back.
