Great location and beautiful nature. Rooms were very clean and perfect for a good night sleep. Bathroom very luxury and very nice balcony to sit and relax. Bubbels and fresh fruit on arrival makes you feel very welcome! Team of the hotel was always very friendly and ready to help. We stayed for 4 nights (24/7 - 28/7) and were...

Hotel has a very good location, on a good road still among nature. Room with a view and small river. It also offers very nice cakes (incl. black forest one). Hotel staff is nice and very very friendly.

I had a fantastic experience in this hotel. Everything is perfect in terms of food, room, service and room rate. The hotel offers rose wine and fresh fruit basket. The dinner quality is even better than some of the Michelin 1 star restaurants. We love this hotel and definitely will come again.

We stayed for one night in the Gutach room. Everything was perfect. The room was immaculate. We had a nice view of the creek that runs behind the property. This room has a gorgeous bathtub with a beautiful view outside. The shower was incredible with changing LED lights on the shower head. There was a very nice bowl of fruit...

We stayed 1 night here on our way through the Black Forest. As others have said, this place is on the main road and there is nothing around. You need a car to get anywhere so this hotel is really a place to break up your journey or if you want to visit some of the nearby small towns. If...

My husband and I stayed at this hotel in the Gutach room for two nights. It was so nice - champagne, fruit, and chocolate when we arrived; balcony overlooking the river leading to the Triberg waterfalls; very modern bathroom with an LED rain shower, bathtub, and heated floors. Breakfast was included and was delicious. We ate at the restaurant one...

Beautiful traditional hotel but with all modern comforts, including outstanding bathroom. We loved all the little extras which make you feel so welcome, like sparkling wine, chocs, fruit bowl and water. Excellent prices for food and drink, and free internet. Nicole was an absolute gem and it wouldn't be the same without her.

Location was good for touring surrounding areas and local walking. Some local maps and tips would have been a useful addition. Triberg is nearby for a Schwarzwalderkirchen torte treat. Room was nice and although facing the road, had good soundproofing. Storage was good and bathroom facilities plentiful - trendy shower! The breakfast room was nice and food choice and quality...
