Breakfasts are typically 'Alpine' and mainly cold: lots of muesli/oats/various healthy seeds, fruit juices, yogurts, fruit salad, fresh rolls and bread, jams of all kinds, ham, various cheeses. There were hot hard boiled eggs each day too.
Best of all, they serve 'proper' leaf tea in a teapot with a strainer (and more hot water on request).
We had Room 22 which had a small private balcony with two chairs. It was secluded and sunny. You could see the mountain summits over the rooftops of adjacent buildings. We didn't use it a lot as we were out most of the time because we had such good weather.
