We spent a week in this hotel in January for our skiing holiday. The double room was small but fine whereas the single room was on the floor below the ground floor and overlooked the kitchen window; there was no view at all. It was a tiny room which felt very oppressive. Breakfast was average but the evening meal was... More

Friendly helpful staff, clean, Food was good, facilities were good offering a steam room and dry sauna and a small pool all well looked after and clean. There is a playroom with a table tennis and rackets for free to hire from reception. Room 19 had a double and a single bed and a balcony with limited view. In the... More

We were on a late booked cheap Inghams package. We hadn't paid any extra for room choice and our room (#105) was a 'standard'. It was well (and recently) furnished, with plenty of storage and a small balcony over-looking the hotel garden. There was a modern TV and free WiFi is available. The en-suite shower room was compact and due... More

On our first night we were a little surprised to find the room was not heated (heaters do not work in smmer according to the front desk). But we found that even though it was 5 degrees celsius out apart from that first night we werent cold. Room was kept clean and tidy everyday. We were a little upset to... More

We were three adults in a room with comfortable twin beds and a rickety camp bed. From the moment we arrived we were treated efficiently but the welcome was definitely lack lustre! The meals were of a high standard but service was abrupt and we felt rushed. The waiting staff's main priority appeared to be to sell us overpriced drinks.... More

Our first stay at this hotel and we were very impressed. The room was fine with mountain views to the north. Food was very good, we couldn't eat all the courses provided because it was just too much for us. The staff were great and very willing to change or adapt your meals if you wished. Village centre is only... More

We stayed here for the first time, and it certainly was one of the best 4* hotels we have been in around Europe. From the time we arrived, very late, due to a delayed flight, until we left, nothing was too much trouble. The choice at dinner could not have been better, as they catered for all tastes. The dinners were... More

We were rather disappointed with the hotel. It has become rather run down and faded. We stayed many years ago and it seems that the hotel has not been refurbished since we last stayed and it has lost the charm that we remembered. On a positive note our bedroom was comfortable and clean and we slept well. The reception staff... More

This is the second time we have been to this hotel, both times in early February. We were given a really lovely room on the top floor, Room 306. It was fairly spacious, had a bath as well as shower and a balcony with views to die for. To watch the sun come up over the mountains from the bed... More

We stayed for a week for our first winter holiday. My wife did not ski but the hotel catered well for couples where one skis and one does not. The swimming pool is great but quite small and it has a sauna and steam room. There were walks organised for non skiers. My wife enjoyed our holiday as much as... More
