I had stayed In Malwa resort for 3 nights during the recent id/ ganpati long weekend which was also a peak time for any MP tourism resort( rates go up by 20% during such periods). We had got a tent for the first two days as the resort was packed to capacity during the weekend and got a AC delux... More

I visited malwa resort on 14th September . I reached at reception the area was full of smoke manager informed us ganpati puja and hawan is going on. Any way we were shown ac delux rooms . We found that rooms were moisty due to frequent rains and perhaps faulty roof. Bed linen seen very dull and moisty and room... More

Considering that Mandu does not really have very great options for accommodation, Malwa resort is a good choice. It is located little away from the main center, but on the way to Rani Roopmati pavilion. It is in really nice location, but the place itself seems to have seen better days - decor used to be very nice, but now... More

I went to Indore to meet my fiancee and when I came to know that they all are in Mandu for picnic, I also could not stopped myself and joined them. When we both are walking near Jahaz Mahal in evening and family waiting for us to return back to Indore, all of sudden non stopped rain started which end... More

Malwa resort located within the fort complex at Mandu (disrict Dhar Madhya Pradesh) is run by the MP Tourism Corporation. It is perhaps the best place to stay in Mandu. The resort is spread over a large area with ample parking and has cottages with 2 suites (each suite has a bedroom with attached bath and a TV ,a small... More

The hotel is in well located, very close to the center. Common areas are well maintened. This hotel is good for domestic tourism only. Rooms are not as per European standard level. Indian food only at the restaurant, the staff of hotel hotel polite.

Mandu is a beautiful place, 100 kms away from Indore. The main attractions are the structures and the city itself. Must see is the Baz Bahadur Palace, Jahaz Mahal, Rewa Kund, Jami Masjid, Hoshang Shah's Tomb. These places were so strikingly beautiful because of their maintenance. The places were so clean, you wouldn't find a single leaf or a plastic... More

Its a wonderful getaway from Indore. Malwa Resort is probably the only good hotel to stay in Mandu as we found very few other options online. Its a Government owned property and can be easily booked online though room tariffs are high considering the low maintenance of the rooms. Service was good with average food.

In Mandu when you look for a hotel , the Malwa resort name comes first , it is a government owned property and can be booked online. The layout is fantastic and will look very good in monsoon as the lake behind will be filled with water and more greenery will be seen,. But as always government properties are low... More

Location is beautiful, rooms are spacious though can be maintained better. Service is a bit slow, but a good option to stay in Mandu. Ample space for car parking, but wifi is a problem apart from the main lounge. All sightseeing places are close by.
