Stayed here for three days and booked three rooms in the new block. The rooms are big and spacious but does not have any views. We stayed at the suites and right in front of it is the parking space. Food is good but attitude of staffs are pretty evident as they being the government employee. Nicely located in center... More

It is in lower Dharmasala. So many rooms. However, rooms in the new block be preferred. People prefer to stay in upper Dharmasala. But, this place has some advantages like centrally located , good food , closed to market area , both Dhauladhar range and Kangra valley can be seen. Tourists may opt for this hotel at Dharmasala.

Hotel is far from Dharamshala. Better to book hotel in Dharamshala. Hotel is very old and not up to mark. Rooms are bigger but the furniture and facilities are quite old. Food quality is average. Over all they stay is not bad but nothing good as well. Hotel is right on the highway and you do not get a feel... More

No doubt the hotel is one of the best HPTDC hotels. It does not feel like its a state Govt. run hotel, has more private run touch instead. Having said that, it justifies its Govt. run tag by having non courteous staff who have lot of attitude and are very uncaring. I was surprised to hear the managers bad mouth... More

HPTDC has got it quite right with this hotel--the location, the services, the tariff, the bar, and so on. Instead of writing subjective words, I'm quickly providing ratings for various aspects of hospitality in this hotel. For the rest, I shall let the uploaded photographs do the talking. Cleanliness and hygiene: 4/5 Tariff during peak season or in off-season: 4/5... More

One of the best hotel of HPTDC. The food is great and the view you get from the roof top is just awesome. The rooms are spacious and cleaned. The service is also pretty good. Its the closest to the shopping market. You don't need a vechile to walk around in the whole market. You can easily reach and walk... More

Went in November with family atmosphere was bit cold It's a typical hptdc run hotel nothing to go ga ga about it apart from views on the offer just out of room and you will feel you are on cloud 9. Old rooms, furniture & fixtures and average service. But if you want good views of mountain range and do not... More

Its so well located right in the main city of dharamshala that you ignore rest of deficiencies..Its not very neat and clean but one has no option in dharamshala to have a better place. Food is good. The hotel management functions just like any Indian government outlets.I would prefer to stay again only because of its central location nothing else.... More
