Wow!! Let me start off with the view... such a stunning view!!! I am so so impressed with this little apartment we were in. We had all we needed. We stayed for 3 days, it was initially just to sleep over, but the view had us staying in morning times. Thank you so much Wilma for having us and for accomodating all our needs. We had a lot of fun!! Will definitely recommend this to a lot of people!

This was an amazing place to stay, we stayed there as a party of 7 had an amazing time. Close to Boulder Beach. The facility was clean, well equipped. All of the comforts of home. Highly recommend for any length of stay. Owners are friendly and make themselves available to guests if needed.

A fantastic house perfectly located near some of the most spectacular scenery and attractions that the Cape peninsula and Cape Town has to offer. This includes Cape Point, chapman's peak driver, Hout Bay, and Boulders beach with the penguin colonies. Cape Town itself and Stellenbosch (wine farms) are a short drive away with easy access. In short, it is a perfect base to reach all the main attractions in the area - and there are many. We were a family group of 11 attending a wedding and easily fitted into the house and attached guest house with a room to spare (the main house and guest house can be rented together or separately). The house is big enough that no-one got in each others way and were able to enjoy each others company. We have stayed there as a family of four previously without being overwhelmed by the house size. The rooms are all spacious with the two main bedrooms each having large windows and therefore breathtaking views over the ocean, with Simons Town to the right and Fish hoek to the left. Watching the sun rise over the ocean from my bed was a big plus. All in all there four rooms with double or larger beds and three rooms with single beds (one with two single beds). There is the option of two sleeper couches which means the house can accommodate 14 people. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with large double bath and shower. There is another large bathroom with separate large bath and shower in it in the main house, as well as a guest toilet with sink. There is also bath/shower combination in the guest house. There is room enough for everyone and enough toilets to ensure no problems. The lounge is large with seating for at least 12 people at a time. There is a large screen TV with satellite TV (DsTV) with viewing options for everyone. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities including a large fridge/freezer and dinning room table. A washing machine is included in the kitchen. There is no dish washer (yet) but with so many hands (and some good wine) this is really not a problem. There is a separate room with another washing machine with the option of utilising a maid to assist with cleaning etc. Outside there is a large patio/viewing area over the ocean. Included here are garden furniture, benches and deck chairs so that you can sit an relax whilst looking over the ocean. There is also a large braai/barbecue which is big enough to cook for 4 or 14 people. There are also washing lines for drying washing or swimming towels after a day at the beach. And best of all is that this all comes at a very reasonable price (ZAR 1750 per night or ZAR 2500 for the whole complex. In fact, in comparison with even a 3-star hotel, the per night rate is extremely affordable - especially when there you are part of large group. Our thanks go to Malcolm Salida, the owner, for once again ensuring a wonderful experience. He was extremely helpful and accommodating and provided numerous tips on attractions and restaurants to visit. A good time was had by all. We will return.
