Dismal and run down and the worse hotel I've ever stayed in. There is a $10 deposit fee for the TV remote (!) First room they put me in had a dripping tub facet. When i went to turn it off, it got worse. Could have easily busted down the door (I'm 60) due to broken joints and crappy construction....

I traveled all day. I was exhausted. Me and my son have service dogs. Because I couldn't find my wallet with i.d. Cards they refused us a hotel room. He said he needed a picture with their i.d. Number on it. I pulled up both of their pictures with i.d. Numbers and showed to him. He still refused us a...

I've been working in hospitality for over 5 years, although I understand this isn't a luxury hotel, I expect good customer service. When there was only one set of towels and 2 people in our room, I went downstairs to talk to Jake around 11:30pm & he said there were no more extra towels. I know that this wasn't accurate...

We are always looking fo a cheap but decent place to stay, and we found it here. Our room was clean and comfortable with a fridge and microwave for a very reasonable price. Well worn and outdated, yes, but I sleep with my eyes closed anyway! Staff was friendly and parking lot well-lit, so we felt safe. Would definitely stay...

Looking for a place for two people to stay for under $50? This is the place. Close to the highway so there is some traffic noise. Clean rooms show obvious wear and tear and are a bit outdated, but they are clean. Hot water doesn't run out, water pressure is good and there weren't scary people hanging out in the...

AWEFUL!! The door didn't shut all the way, we had to use a chair to prop it shut. The beds were nasty looking, stains on the sheets and burns on the comforter. The room smelled of mold and cigarettes. The carpet had multiple stains and holes. The wall paper was coming off and the ceiling had water stains. The bathroom...
