I usually stay at Marriott properties when I travel, but there where no vacancies so I stumbled across the Inn at the Mill. Wow, great little boutique hotel with a very reasonable price. Complimentary (one free) beer/wine/cheese reception, plus breakfast. There are several outdoor tables and chairs to enjoy the waterfalls. The staff is great and I will always stay...

Talk about customer service! Spoke with Mary last week to book this hotel and I have never talked with anyone with such fabulous customer service skills. Not only did she find us 7 rooms, but called back several times to make sure everything was perfect. We will be in town for a funeral and she wanted to make sure we...

This little treasure is a great value. Clean rooms, while its an older property it's well maintained and clean. Expect some squeaks in the floors. Each room is stocked with essentials including a sewing kit and fluffy robes. The bathroom has an actual exhaust fan and warning light which I love. The workers were all friendly and helpful. My only...

We come into the area several times a year to visit relatives and found a good deal on the Inn at the Mill. We were very, very impressed. The staff is friendly and competent, the building is clean and the rooms are very nice and well designed. My husband appreciated the separate bath and toilet and sink areas as well...

My husband surprised me with a trip back to NW Arkansas, where we had started our married life together 27 years ago. He wanted to find a unique place to stay and the Inn at the Mill was perfect for that. At first arrival, the folks at the front desk were more than accommodating and super friendly. We arrived just...

Super nice people. My wife and I really appreciated being treated as a valuable guest, and the personalized service to let us check in a little early was very kind. The room was clean and in an old school inn style. Please feel free to check out my 360 photos on Google Streetview of the room.

Very nice hotel. Grounds are very cool with water features to enjoy. Rooms are elegantly decorated-seem to be about normal size but the furniture is large. There is an upscale restaurant on the premises. The staff is friendly.

When we booked this in, we had no idea what to expect. And we liked what we found! It's close to the hustle and bustle of Fayetteville and Bentonville but is tucked back in a quiet area. It's built out of an old mill. Its rustic without being dingy.

Great little hotel right down the road from Fayetteville. Stay here all the time when I'm in town for business. It's quiet, rooms are really big, the restaurant up the hill is always good. Front desk staff are the best. Always welcoming. Love the little fireplace in the front lobby. Only drawbacks, no internet service in the rooms. You have...
