We enjoyed staying here. There is a beautiful bobby and the staffs are always smiling. I asked the front desk to help me to make a reservation for the next day lunch at Kagariya Abashiri and they were very happy to help us. Breakfast is great.

The hotel is large with a beautiful lobby. The staff is excellent, friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious with a soothing décor. Temperature control in room worked well. The Wi-Fi connection was excellent. Breakfast was wonderful with an assorted spread of Japanese pickles and side dishes, with rice and miso soup. There was also assorted pastries and juices,...

The hotel is alright. Very classic design with wallpaper and ornate furniture. The rooms are so so and a little old but it's alright for a night stay. Breakfast was good - international, Japanese, bread section was good. Croissants being baked freshly on the spot. The negative - we drove a rental car and were at the back of the...

Grand looking hotel with a great view of the city. Booked a small double room to save on cost and was pleasantly surprised it was still decent size for Japan standard. Probably around the size of a double room in Tokyo. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was good size. Came with bath salts. The spa/Onsen in the hotel is chargeable...

We stayed at the Asahikawa grand hotel for a night during our visit to Asahikawa. It was indeed a very nice stay. We were early before check in time and the staff who was helping us couldn't speak English therefore she called upon her colleague to come help us. This staff was very courteous and helped us through by storing...

We stayed in a triple room for just one night. The lobby looks modern and the staff are helpful. The size of the room is ok but the size of the TV is a bit small. Interior was old fashion especially the washroom. Location is not bad, which is around 10-15 minutes walk from railway station. There are quite a...

We stayed at this hotel for two nights when we visited Biei and Furano in June. We had a "Fourth" room, 4 twin beds in one room. The room size is average, better than some other Japanese hotel. We got a very good deal for 4 of us from the hotel's website, including breakfast. The breakfast is pretty good for...

We stayed here as part of the ANA Fly and Drive Package. The hotel was beautiful. We were assigned to a smoking hotel room and was very anxious about it. However, this completely shifted due to the excellent service of the hotel. They have notified us that they used air freshner and air purifyer to try to get rid of...

I stayed with my two children. The room is just right for us. We stayed in a twin bedroom. The hotel is 15 min walk to the train station. There are many restaurants near by. Love the place. Will definitely come back. The staff were very nice and helpful. They help us with questions regarding which transport is the best...

This is a three-four star hotel. The rooms are average size and comfortable. The front desk offers courteous service although the gentleman at the desk one late night was not knowledgeable about international postage for post cards. There is a large gift shop in the lobby. The hotel has a nice breakfast buffet. The hotel is located about five blocks...
