We stayed here as part of the ANA Fly and Drive Package. The hotel was beautiful. We were assigned to a smoking hotel room and was very anxious about it. However, this completely shifted due to the excellent service of the hotel. They have notified us that they used air freshner and air purifyer to try to get rid of... More

I stayed with my two children. The room is just right for us. We stayed in a twin bedroom. The hotel is 15 min walk to the train station. There are many restaurants near by. Love the place. Will definitely come back. The staff were very nice and helpful. They help us with questions regarding which transport is the best... More

This is a three-four star hotel. The rooms are average size and comfortable. The front desk offers courteous service although the gentleman at the desk one late night was not knowledgeable about international postage for post cards. There is a large gift shop in the lobby. The hotel has a nice breakfast buffet. The hotel is located about five blocks... More

We really enjoyed staying here - parking was a breeze, the stay was really comfortable and we slept super well. There is a bath we always enjoy. Breakfast is great! Many Japanese and Western options, and the milk was so tasty I had 4 glasses. It offers salmon roe on rice, which was good. Also they have an omelette station.... More

The service is very good compared to its counterpart in Sapporo. The hotel breakfast was the best in comparison to our stay for 4 days in Hokkaidō. The rooms are adequate but does not comes with a safe or gym, quite disappointing for a 5 Star hotel...

Good: - Very grand classic hotel filled with locals, especially on business and meetings. I believe it's catered more for business travelers. - Service is good - Parking lots aplenty, though the procedures going into the carpark requires quite a tedious procedure for us foreigners. We have to pass through their guarded parking attendants where they have to check your... More

We stayed in a triple room and the room was so big that there was an aisle between each of the (very comfortable) single beds. Excellent city view from the room and the spa was great at 1,000 yen which includes a free drink. Within walking distance to the JR station and the walking street. Car parking at the hotel... More

Stayed in a quadruple room, which had 4 single beds. The room and toilets were spacious for jap standard. The hotel has a onsen at B1, which hotel guest can use at a discounted rate. Overnight parking at the hotel cost 1000 yen. On level 1, the hotel has a convenience stall selling local delicacies, snacks and confectionary items. The... More

Nice and clean hotel in a good location, near to Ramen Village and Arashiyama Zoo. Room is of reasonable size, comfortable for our family of 5. Buffet breakfast was ok with a spread of both western and japanese cuisines.
