A group of 6 rooms stayed at Guest Inn during Bikers Blues & BBQ. The owners are really nice people and very accommodating! The rooms we’re comfortable and clean. Easy entrance, exit and parking for bikes. Very close to all the weekend activities. They left microfiber towels and windshield wipes on each bike one morning. Great place to stay!! We will be back next year!!

The room we got was very nice and clean. The beds are comfortable. There was no bugs. The tv has a lot of channels, but if you are there while it's raining its hard for some channels to come through. The restroom is very nice, but just make sure you bring non - slippery mat to put inside of the bathtub because it is slippery. Always make sure to check your key card that it works, we had 2 key cards one didn't work and one worked, but sometimes you had to scann the key card more than once. Otherwise Its a awesome place to stay there, we enjoyed it and hope to stay agaIn sometime.

Has everything you need and is clean. I didn't specifically search for bedbugs, but I didn't get any bites, and I didn't see any other bugs. I was there while it was raining and I didn't get very many TV channels because they have DirecTV. I got a chance to talk to the owners for a little bit, and they were super friendly and helpful. Overall, if you're looking for a clean room for a great price, you can't go wrong here.

Bring a lot of money!! $50 deposit, 3.5% charge to use your card, $7 charge per visitor and a charge if your wash cloth has a stain. Ridiculous. Who Carrie’s enough cash to stay a week. And there was no advance notice so you will scramble to find another motel if you don’t pay the penalty. And its really a workers motel. All the workers standing outside drinking, smoking and talking. Not family friendly. Never again.

After staying here, I wondered how it can have such a high TA rating. Please notice, virtually all of the 5 star ratings come from 'users' with exactly ONE review! Fishy.

I like clean but run down motels but this room was dirty. Food left in fridge from last guest. Blanket had gross stains on it. Toilet didn't flush correctly. No 'peace of mind' lock (chain, lever, etc.) on door. Note to self - maybe just stay away from hotels that even offer "Smoking" rooms. They tend to be gross.

Owners got me with the oldest scam in the book... Very low occupancy when I was there. I'm looking at 3rd party website showing single queen rooms and rooms with two beds. But they claim I had to pay more because they only have rooms with 2 beds available.

Owners were nice people (besides screwing me with "we don't have any of cheapest rooms available." scam). Good wifi. Good AC. Inexpensive compared to other local motels Was tempted to give 2 stars but the 10AM checkout is just insulting,

Small old motel but clean safe and silent. I am coming to this motel since 2011 and am always seeing some improvement. It is in a great location near downtown with many wonderful restaurants around. Best rates Would go back again

The Guest Inn, Rogers AR was absolutely deplorable. I booked through Hotwire, but had I seen what I would be getting, I would have NEVER paid for this place.

The room stunk. The bedding was hideous. There was a broken lamp shoved behind a chair in the corner. The huge box TV was from 1982. There was mold in the shower. The ceiling tiles were stained and ill-fitting. There was a 3D holographic poster of sea life taped to the wall (no telling what it was covering up)! The pool was in the center of the parking lot (located on a very busy street) with a chain link fence surrounding it and a pool cover over it (and we were there in the middle of summer). The concrete cinder block walls, reminiscent of a prison cell, were filthy.

After seeing the room, I promptly returned my key to the front desk and immediately booked at the Embassy Suites. You could not have paid me money to stay there. I almost feel bad leaving such a harsh (yet 100% truthful) review, but I feel I was completely mislead and I want other travelers to have a more realistic idea of what's in store, should they choose to book here.

My wife and daughter and I stayed there for 2 weeks and when we went to pay for another week, we were told(after paying $256) we weren't welcome there when the manager found out we were married lesbians. The manager didn't give us our money back and called the cops to escort us out. We were perfect guests. We cleaned our own room daily, did our own laundry and were quiet. I would not recommend that place to anyone. Those people are just terrible.

Are you sure you stayed in our motel ?? All what we see is you be happy staying with us and do see that we are happy too. All we care is you maintain Clean, Safe, and silence and do not damage our rooms. Till the next door guest do not complain we do not care if you are married, Homo or Lesbian or friends or whatever. Surprised that the cops agreed with us to see that you have to leave without your fault that is not specified. Cops always listen to both and then only take action. God bless you

For the price we paid, this was completely satisfactory. Bed was comfortable, room clean though a bit musty [owner provided a good room-freshening spray which helped some]. Owner went out of his way to try to make everyone happy, and is dedicated to making the place nicer and nicer. Presently, from the outside it does not look great -- but the room was very adequate, and had two very comfortable oversized chairs and a table, plus fridge and microwave. The owner recommended the nearby Crystal Bridge art museum and nature trails, which we'd never have known about otherwise, and there are several interesting attractions not far away.
