This was a trip to view the treasury and other Petra highlights but we stopped at this hotel for lunch ,a buffet lunch .The quality of the food and standard of service was reasonably high.the cleanliness was good too . No significant bad points and very worthwhile visiting for something to eat.

Pros of this hotel are the friendly front desk staff, location to Petra (5 - 10 minute walk), proximity to restaurants and overall clean in the rooms. Windows open in rooms to allow fresh air in. Decent lobby area. Neutral items are, as others noted, needs to be updated; rooms are outdated. Rooms not vacuumed daily. Only one plug in...

The Hotel is big with 7 floors and clean, but could do with some renovations. Wifi is only accessible in the lobby. Breakfast is divers with some local specialties. Staff has been mostly friendly and always helpful.

Tourism has not been that great in Petra since 2011 and I always managed to get good deals at major hotels in Petra as I visit family there regularly. This time, however I didn't get a room in the hotel where I usually stay and was advised to stay at PP hotel. In fact, my experience was not that good...

The Hotels doesn't look really charming from outside, but most of the Hotels in Wadi Musa don't do so... But if offers all you need to a real fair price! Rooms are clean, but could be a little bit bigger and lighter, the breakfast buffet is a good base for a hard day in Petra ;-) The pool would need...

Stayed here two nights as part of a tour. This is a hotel that caters for tour groups. It knows that its guests do not get to select it, and will not return, so it does not need to make much effort to impress them. It was comfortable enough, but the carpets were grubby, the linen in need of replacement,...

This hotel is easy walking distance from Petra, which is probably it's best point. It feels more budget than it should at the price: towels need replacing, WiFi only in the lobby which can't cope when more than a dozen people are online. Cracked crockery at breakfast, undrinkable coffee the first day which was replaced by Nescafe when I pointed...

Large rooms, in a v good location just a walk down the road to Petra entrance. Breakfast decent - pastries, breads and cereals were my preferred options did not think much of the cooked breakfast option. Our door wouldn't lock properly when we first arrived so reported it to reception and they fixed it promptly. Shame wifi is only in...

Stayed here for 2 nights. Whilst the hotel is comfortable it is very tired and the staff match this. It is reasonably clean, but clearly in need of investment. That said it is in a very convenient location for visiting the Petra site being just a couple of minutes walk from the entrance

When visiting Petra, one wants to spend as much time the old city. A hotel is a comfortable place to store luggage during the day and to clean up at night. This hotel fills this purpose perfectly. Build in an older continental style where tourists what elements of a continental hotel when travelling, this place looks like an refined established...
