One week in Jordan, two days in Petra. I stayed in this hotel, in a standard room, well equipped, good toiletries, the thread for hanging wet clothes is a great convenience. Comfortable king size bed. Great food. Very friendly staff: Ahmad reception; at Kumar restaurant, Airen, Chellan, very kind and professional.

Wow just wow! A wonderful hotel with superb staff. Every thread perfect and after coming from a not nice hotel in Amman this hotel was wonderful. Everything was so clean and new. The pool was fabulous, the food was good and a great selection and the room was gorgeous! Thank you to everyone for making our trip so wonderful. I wish we could have stayed longer!!

We had a fabulous time here. The staff were very friendly and the beds the comfiest I have ever experienced. The views from the terrace are incredible. We asked for fresh orange juice for breakfast and they produced it the next day. Nothing is too much trouble.

Good Inn located 5 minutes from Petra by car.
Regarding the reception apart from the 1st day on our arrival when the receptionist was very cold and not smiling, the other two days were different, more welcoming, kind staff.
The rooms are very good.
Pension with swimming pool, placed in an inner courtyard so the water is cold...
Regarding pti dej: composed of a buffet with plenty of things available. the coffee is not good. Plan a breakfast at 6am because at 7.30am there is no more.
For dinner possibility of a buffet at 25 dinars, otherwise a card with a very hearty dough dish and very good for 11 dinars, the burgers are only top (even mac do better and yet I do not like macdo ...), caesar salad without chicken.
A bar is available at the reception with a terrace overlooking the city
Parking available.

We made a reservation through another hotel reservation site and when we asked them for prices for other services, they called us to offer us a better room, dinners included, and a rounding down of the total price. One last! Great room, comfortable bed. To say the least, they don't have a long pillow for the big bed. Quite good soundproofing. Delicious, varied and abundant breakfast and dinners. The spectacular pool. The service at reception was good, above all, thanks to the attention of the Duty Manager, Mohammed al Shaqra, very kind and affable and who always solved our problems with understanding, listening and desire to help. Not all staff have that capacity for personal treatment and responsibility towards work and the client. The fact is that the hotel is 5 minutes by car from the Petra Visitor Center and they confirmed a taxi service included for us to go every day of our stay and they only did it for 1 day. The others at the reception did not want to understand us and the Duty Manager managed to get us a round trip taxi for a good price, because the taxis there are very expensive, they take advantage of the fact that we all go to Petra. Also highlight Bara'a Mohammad from the restaurant who was charming and very friendly.

For the Pension: Pros: a great welcome! The receptionist, the baggage handler and the bartender of adorable people. The view is beautiful. The beds are comfortable and the rooms spacious.

Cons: room 203 there were ants on the ground and the wifi network is not top ( than a network bar).
Bedroom 205: the shower head holder does not hold and the toilet brush is broken in two...no verification is a shame.

The restaurant: it is not the same manager but you really need to review the proposals of the dishes and the reception of a waiter. We slept 3 nights and 3 nights in a row we had the same dishes at the buffet and breakfast very few choices.
For the waiter: he misspoke to my mother as soon as we arrived when he wanted to charge us for meals that it was compromised in half board. We had to put the evidence in front of him and have him call reception to find out if it was really true half board. He brought us two nights in a row the Rating in the middle of the meal to only pay for our drinks or a bottle of water. A modicum of respect to bring it to desserts or to wait for a signal to pay!

For a 4-star Inn you really need to review the restaurant with your staff and pay attention to the broken items of previous guests.

The hotel is beautiful, modern and with very spacious and very well decorated rooms. I highlight the very well-equipped bathroom, with details such as the shower gel with Dead Sea salts.

The hotel staff was very friendly and attentive, especially the attention received by Mosab.

The premises are excellent (except for the road to get there), excellent welcome, they park the car for us and take our bags to our room. We were pleased to discover that we had an upgrade to a suite with breakfast included despite having booked a standard double. Impeccable room, only the bathroom had problems with the shower drain.
Pool quite deep, cool but pleasant water, just a little few sunbeds.
Dinner is a sore point: we ask in the afternoon if it is possible to order à la carte, they show us the menu and tell us that there are no problems. When we arrived for dinner, they brought us the à la carte menu only after 3 requests and saying that the prices indicated must be doubled as it is dinner. We opt for the buffet menu, miserable and absolutely not good (so much so that all 6 of us feel sick during the night). The annoyed waiter immediately brings us the bill for the drinks, charging an extra coke, we point it out and the head waiter appears annoyed. At the time of the bill they want to charge us 23 jod each instead of the 20 previously communicated, visibly annoyed at the end he makes us pay the agreed price. At the end of dinner we move to the terrace, ask for a hookah and the waiter rudely replies that he doesn't know if he has any (visible a few meters from us).
On a positive note, breakfast starts at 6am, to allow you to be in Petra when it opens to the public.

Beautiful modern hotel beside the ancient city of Petra. I did not personally choose this hotel, I stayed as part of an organised tour. I was so impressed by the bright lights and eclectic decor of the lobby area. There is a lovely spacious terrace overlooking amazing scenery. Comfortable modern bedrooms. I missed dinner as I chose to go to Petra by night, but ordered room service on my return and it was excellent value for money and very tasty. So sad I didn’t have more time to enjoy this stunning hotel due to the schedule of my tour but I highly recommend it if you are staying in Petra.

This is a new hotel located in Petra.
The staff is very attentive to our requests. The hotel has large rooms, a roof terrace, a swimming pool and a gym.
On the lower level, the Khalil restaurant which is super good with very good waiters including Mosad and other people, perfect breakfasts, lunches and dinners, I highly recommend it
