Hotel is 5 mins away from Petra visitors centre and if good value for money. The staff at the reception was very helpful and gave us some good tips to plan out visits in Petra. They can also arrange for breakfast boxes to be taken into Petra if you wish to leave early Bathroom is a bit old and needs an upgrade. Breakfast was very basic

Recently spent 2 nights here in the double king room at a cost of around £85 per night. It was perfect for us. If you only have a limited amount of time in the area then you will want to be as close to Petra as possible if you don't have a car, and this hotel is just a short walk away. We received a friendly greeting upon check in and were provided with lots of useful information about visiting Petra. Unfortunately I came down ill that night, and the next morning the very kind gentleman on reception helped us organise a taxi to the pharmacy for a reasonable price, which I really appreciated. After a long day at Petra, it was so nice to come back to a clean and comfortable room where I could relax while not feeling too well. There is a lovely rooftop terrace where you can enjoy a tea or juice. Overall, this is the perfect hotel for a short stay in Petra and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

A fabulous location less than 5 minutes from the entrance to Petra. The hotel is clean and comfortable with friendly staff. The breakfast buffet is fantastic with eggs and pancakes made to order and a good selection of items. The rooms are good with fridge and tea and coffee facilities l. Excellent air conditioning and the bathroom is well equipped.

This has to be the best located and value for money hotel in Petra. 5 minutes from the entrance to the ruins. Clean, spotless room, helpful, friendly reception staff with good language skills. Excellent breakfast and evening buffet menu. Tremendous variety of food - 8 different desserts! Tasty main course options and so many different salads. The dining experience was made special by the senior, experienced, well dressed restaurant manager. His attention to detail was remarkable. Whether it was a single lady, an infant or large tour group, he managed everything so effortlessly. Please give him promotion before he retires!

For a 3 star this hotel was lovely. the air con worked, the bathrooms were a bit small, but still allowed you to have a shower etc, fridge in the room which was great to store my water etc, was lovely to come back to after 9 hours in Petra. bed was comfortable enough. Buffet for dinner & breakfast offered a good selection. Staff helpful all the way round, only down side for me was that the TV in the room had no link to TV, would have been good if I had cables etc to link up laptop. but travelling light. A yes a very short walk to the entrance for Petra.

Very recent structure very close to the Petra Visitor Center (250 m). Good sized room, very clean, small bathroom equally clean. Wi-Fi available in the room and in the common areas. Mini fridge with freezer compartment available. Abundant continental/Arabic buffet breakfast with good choice. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent value for money.

The hotel is located just a 5 minute walk from the main bus station, so a very good location and a few minutes away from the main entrance to Petra. The hotel from outside looks great, as well as the lobby and it looks like they have new carpets, but the rooms are not that good at all. They all just need a good clean and there's a permanent sewage like smell in the corridor. The breakfast was good with lots of variety though. It felt very over priced and really poor service from the hotel while we were there.

Conveniently located 5-10 mins up hill walk from the Petra site, also conveniently located to the terminating area for the Jett bus from Amman or Aqaba. It was a clean hotel with smallish rooms and small bathrooms. Bed was comfortable and pillows good as well, not too hard or lumpy. Reception was pleasant and helpful with good English. The room only had a small window with only a view of the building next door. The breakfast buffet was good with a good range and egg’s cooked to order. Get this as an inclusion if you can at a reduced price. The wifi was a bit patchy and you had to get a 2 day voucher with a separate password for each device. There is a roof top bar, non-alcoholic drinks only, which has a nice view. Their main clients appear to be French tour groups. Recommended if you can get a room for a good price. There are restaurant choices close by in Tourism St which are pretty much the same and the standard street restaurants you get across the cities in Jordan, My Moms Recipe is probably the best. This hotel’s location is a distance from downtown, which is significantly uphill to get there. We went to downtown once and there really was not much there. The issue with staying up in downtown is that you will need a taxi to get to the Petra site, taxis are everywhere so theres no issue getting one, its just an extra cost, anywhere from 5-10jod for a few kilometres. If you want to go to Little Petra for the shorter route to the Monastery and have a site entrance ticket, dont get a taxi, there is a free shuttle bus that goes from behind the Petra ticket office. Ask at the ticket office for directions. From little Petra there is a “Jeep” its not a jeep its a small open truck that seats about 20 people that can take you to part way along the walking trail to the Monestary, this reduces the walk by half. It costs 5jod. Ask about the jeep at the little Petra ticket office where you arrive from the free shuttle.
