The whole experience make You feel cheated .. they are obliged to offer you room at 15:00 hrs, however they will convince you to leave the bag and go for the Petra visit (if you want to go for Petra by night it become impossible since you have to do the trip again within 2 hours), once you demand the...

We choose the guesthouse only for a short stay due to its central location to the entrance of the Siq. The hotel is small but has all facilities we needed for a short stay. The staff is very friendly and tries their best to make us feel home with little touches. Exhausted from the long walk at the excavation site...

Extremely Poor Service .. The Reception will give false promise .. "Great room with great view, actually it is old wing, poorly maintained facility, food is awful and over priced .. they do not want you to check in at 15:00 try to push you to go for the petra visit so that they can have the room till you...

The Petra Guest House is a very good hotel immediately outside the gate into Petra. Rooms are a little on the small side but very comfortable with aircon and free WiFi. Breakfast and dinner is buffet style. Not a huge, but a more than adequate selection The hotel also has the Cave bar which is set in a 2000-year-old Nabataean...

We had a wonderful stay. We felt special and welcommed from the moment we arrived. The room was prepared for three, staf is very friendly and resturant had a variety of good food. Being just at the gate into the Siq into Petra was a benefit after walking hours in wonderful Petra.

This hotel is conveniently located right outside the main entrance to Petra. Nice rooms and friendly staff. We stayed and a family with young children and were very happy with the hotel. Would recommend.

I can assure you that after al the walking in the sun to see it all in just a few hours, all you want when you hit the entrance on your return is a glass of water and a comfortable bed. After a nice nap, you are ready to enjoy a drink in the cave bar and be entertained by...

Unless your budget does not allow for this place, look no further. This is the best location for any visit to Petra. This hotel is the closest to the entrance.. just steps away from the visitors center for Petra, as well as the main gate. There are at least 10 good restaurants in easy walking distance from this place. There...

Our family of four recently stayed at this hotel (in connecting rooms) for one night and were very pleased with it. It's not super fancy, but it's clean and comfortable and in the perfect location for access to Petra. The entrance to the site is just steps from the hotel. The attached Cave Bar is cute too and has good...

The Petra Guesthouse is literally perched right above the entrance to the park. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the buffet breakfast was vast. In addition, the Cave Bar- a two-thousand year old tomb that is now a bar- is part of the complex. The place is pricey, for sure; however, it made for a pleasurable stay.
