Currently one of the closest hotel / restaurant to Petra site, it has high chances to be surrounded by others; the whole district being in hotel construction process
The hotel was really good, comfort was perfect and the whole staff made everything possible to make your stay enjoyable. Perfect English spoken, even some spoke French.
The room had everything you could expect at a very correct price and everything was complementary. Bedding was very good and we slept pretty well.
2 points to improve :
-the noise isolation from the window ; the street flow could be quite active and honking
- add some furniture in the bathroom, there was nothing to put our stuff
As for the restaurant, the mezze was outstanding, so fresh. Portions are HUGE, and the chef really took pleasure in cooking
Take note that it is a no alcohol place (like many in Jordan)
Breakfast was standard, though could be improved (almost no fruits)
Overall a great stay, would definitely come back.
I am still wondering why the in-room wifi wasn’t free though , as the night price is somehow already at a correct price.

We stayed at Petra Boutique for 2 nights. Room was small but cleverly designed to make the most use of the space - really like the smart features and modern facilities. The location is minutes away from Petra visitor centre and this was helpful as we planned to get there for opening. The staff prepared us a takeaway breakfast box for our early start, which was excellent - full of delicious sandwiches, pastries, cakes and drinks to keep us energised on our full day in Petra. The second day we enjoyed our breakfast in the restaurant and this was spectacular. For a small restaurant, this was an impressive buffet selection with excellent views of the mountains. Two small watch points - the hotel is situated on the main road and noise from the road can be heard in the room and the AC is directly across from the bed and has a blue light which is quite bright and intrusive at night. Though overall, and on balance, the pros totally outweigh the small cons.

Petra Boutique Hotel was an incredible stay. All staff tried hard to accommodate for us including our dietary requests. The facilities in the hotel room were modern: everything was based on sensors in including bedroom lights. This provided a futuristic feeling.
There is a great view of the desert boulders and rocky mountains from the roof top restaurant. It's only a 2 minute walk to Petra entrance.
I would love to come back to stay with them

We stayed at the Petra boutique hotel in December. Hotel is new and clean. The rooms are not huge, but adequate and nicely designed. The staff was helpful and very friendly.
The restaurant has beautiful views and the food was good. On our last day we did not have time for breakfast and the chef kindly put some food in to-go containers for us.
7-minute walk from Petra site.
On the first night we heard some dogs outside, but otherwise had no issue with noise, even though our rooms's widows were on the Main Street.
One thing though: contrary to what is indicated, there is no self-service laundry.

This is a great hotel. It's new and well furnished. The lighting controls, etc are all modern and digital. The power sockets are also embedded with international adaptor slots so you don't have to bring your own adaptor.
The hotel is also a very short walk of less than 5 minutes to the Petra Visitor Centre. Other than Movenpick hotel which definitely cost more, doubt there is a hotel nearer to Petra.
After almost 2 weeks in Egypt and Jordan, this hotel is no doubt my favourite. If I had to nitpick, the shortcomings of the hotel are that free wifi is only available at the lobby and restaurant - It's not available in the room. The breakfast buffet spread also isn't exactly wide. However, these are small matters which I can overlook given that the other aspects are great. To solve the wifi issue, just make sure you get sufficient data SIM card for your mobile phone.

As stated above, the staff are friendly, couldn’t do enough for us. Both at breakfast and at dinner, the restaurant was kept open for us as we were the only diners (this was late January when we visited).
The hotel itself is less than a five minute walk to the entrance of the main Petra attraction (come on, why else would you visit Petra if not to follow in that great archeologist Dr Henry Walton (Indiana) Jones Jr footsteps?
The hotel is clean, looks like it’s recently been upgraded with modern gadgets for the lights and service. Thoroughly would recommend a stay here.
PS - The food is wonderful, compliments to the chef.

We were contemplating between the bigger and established Petra Moon or this and we are glad we went ahead with Petra Boutique. Our stay at this hotel has been perfect after missing a connecting flight and arriving late at night. Hashem at the reception was delightful, he added a free dinner to our booking. He also helped us with Petra by Night tickets and information. The restaurant on the terrace was great. Mitchie served us during breakfast and was really good. The breakfast spread was sumptuous. The dinner staff was also not bad at all. The minibar was free with extra water and a couple of soft drinks. The toiletries were good. The bath robes and slippers included. Everything was new, modern and clean, with hi-tech switches, mirrors, triple layer doors to cut out the noise and cold? Every minor thing is well though out at this hotel. The location was a perfect 200m from Petra Visitor Centre, multiple restaurants and supermarkets. They let us store our luggage after check-out until evening and the staff at checkout are also very approachable. Loved this hotel and staff. Couldn't have stayed at a better hotel in Petra.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel staff looked after us. The room was lovely clean and had everything that we needed. It was located very close to the Petra visitor centre a short walk and in the evening we walked down to the Movenpick Hotel for dinner everything was in easy reach.
In the morning our lunch boxes had been prepared with some fruit vegetables and cheese rolls which were lovely. The staff looked after Our bags while we were away in Petra and on our return we are happy for us to wait at the hotel until our transportation right. All together an amazing trip I would highly recommend the hotel staff are lovely Rooms great I really joyed our stay.

During my trip to Jordan, I stayed at Petra Boutique Hotel and had a fantastic time! From the minute we arrived, the staff delivered great service, making us feel welcome and well cared for. The check-in process was smooth. The accommodation was comfortable, stylish, and quite clean, with all of the facilities we required. The bed was quite comfy, and after a long day visiting Petra, it was the ideal spot to rest. The modern bathroom provided an excellent shower with plenty of hot water, and the room had a stunning view of the surrounding mountains.Breakfast was a highlight of our stay, with a large buffet with a range of fresh local and international foods. The restaurant's staff was attentive, and we really enjoyed the freshly made pastries and traditional Jordanian selections. The hotel's location could not have been better! It was only a short walk to the Petra Visitor Center, making it really easy to tour the old city. The hotel also gave us some excellent advice on how to make the most of our visit.Overall, the Petra Boutique Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The mix of pleasant service, excellent amenities, and a fantastic location made our stay wonderful. I really suggest this accommodation to everyone visiting Petra!
