The hotel was very reasonable for the money paid. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean and the beds comfortable. The staff were helpful although everything they did was preceded with a caveat that we need to write a review which somewhat detracted from the feeling of genuine kindness! Neither of us could get the hot water working and when...

The cook was not nice and the receptionist too... Rooms are okay but I can not say it is a 3-star hotel The hotel is on a main road where it is very noisy The only good thing is that they have a free shuttle to Petra

Wife and I just spent 2 nights at the hotel as the base for Petra. The owner was friendly and offered us some good advice on getting around. He also helped us book a brilliant wadi rum excursion as we were poorly let down by another camp last minute. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. Felt homemade. Good tea and coffee....

Overall it is good for the money we paid: breakfast was Ok, room was big, bed was comfortable and clean, view for back garden was nice (only on 2nd floor and above)... But we had hot water only every second day, there was no safety box, no fridge or kettle. Internet was working but it was not really good

Stayed here for 3 nights (which is probably 1 too many if you are just visiting Petra), allowing us 2 full nights in Petra and an afternoon to relax. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the rooms are comfortable, the staff are friendly and it is easy to find. For the price point offered for the rooms, it can't be beat....

We stayed at this hotel and loved it. We originally had booked a family room and they gave us two rooms for the same price. They even helped my change my reservations at another hotel so my vacation would be even better. I wasn't just a customer, but treated as a friend.

Stayed with family in a family room. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was fresh and sufficient. They have a shuttle to Petra. Loads of restaurants within 5-10 minutes walking distance. Mahmud, the owner is always around to make sure things go well. Wifi was patchy in the room, but was fine in the lobby. Great value for money hotel...

As usual, we stayed in this hotel in Petra where we feel at home. They are always very nice and friendly, doing their best to make your stay unforgettable in the most beautiful place in Jordan. The rooms are always clean and tidy. The food is fresh and very tasty. Highly recommended for quality, price and friendliness.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. My room was a good size for me, although I admit the bathroom was really tight. Unfortunately I didn't have a good view, but it was a last minute booking so I really can't complain. I ate most my meals at the hotel and the dinner was simply fantastic: freshly prepared food -...

We passed it on the way to the visitor center and asked about a double room, and they offered us a nice price including breakfast... and we extended our stay for an additional night. The staff prepared us a lunch box for the day hiking in Petra. Breakfast easy and good. Staff well organized and very friendly. This hotel has...
