We stayed three nights and found the accommodation good value for money. The front of house host, Abdul, speaks excellent English. He is a mine of information and extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is happy to prepare good packed lunches for a very reasonable cost. The en suite rooms are fairly basic, but perfectly acceptable for the price, which...

Booked this hotel from Australia, and they could not have been more helpful, they arranged a car service to pick us up from amman, with a stop at the dead sea, then after our stay a trip to wadi rum including accomodation there and transport back again. The rooms are good for a budget hotel, but the service makes this...

Really good value for money. Cheap combined with excellent service, good beds, spacious rooms and good breakfast and lunch boxes. Even for Jordan standards the service was really good! Manager gives great tips.

This is a totally solid option for Petra! The staff was very friendly, greeting us with a welcome tea. They threw in wifi and the breakfast buffet free of charge, which was a really kind perk. The wifi worked well, there was fantastic heat in our room (controlled by us), and the beds and room were very clean. We got...

We stayed 3 nights at Cleopetra, and they took good care of us. We enjoyed the breakfast, had them make us a lunch for our hiking in Petra, and they did our laundry for a fair price. The room was clean, as was the bathroom. A family run business that's 25 years old, and hoping to make it to 100!

We stayed for two nights at the family-run Cleopetra Hotel because it was recommended by the Lonely Planet and it did not disappoint. The staff at the front desk were always welcoming. Our room was small, but clean and cozy with excellent wi-fi (at an additional JD 2 per day for all devices and people) AND it included a heater,...

This is budget accommodation, so if you want sheets that fit the bed, or hot water when you want it, this may not be for you, on the other hand, it is family run by friendly and helpful staff who make you feel welcome and make home made decent food. For those of an esoteric bent, we found this hotel...

I previously posted a review of the Cleopetra Hotel but for some reason it didn't work. I just wanted to let people know what a great place this is. The hotel is decent and clean and great value for the price. Don't expect a lot of frills because it is a budget hotel but it is very comfortable. There are...

We went last December 2016. Everything is ok for the price. The best is the people who works there, very helpful (also to arrange travel to Wadi Rum). The point to improve is the hot water to have a shower (Wadi Musa it's very cold during nights in december). Breakfast is good. I recommended it.
