Al Nawatef Camp was everything you could ask for! The people were fantastic and became my friends - doing everything to make your stay enjoyable. The camp itself was beautiful and very peaceful. Thr food was one of the days I have had in Jordan. The hiking was great and the guide - Bilal - knew alot about the reserve... More

This is a wonderful camp huh above Jordan. ones tent has mesmerising views over the surrounding mountains. The owner and guides here are so welcoming, offering fantastic food and a great camp fire with singing in the evening. In the morning you get breakfast at the edge of the escarpment. The place is simple, but ultra clean with hot water... More

We stayed for one night in this camp, before going to Petra (we came from the Dead Sea). The reception was very good, with tea and a cosy campfire. We subsequently enjoyed a delicious (but basic) traditional meal. The cottages all lookout over the Dana nature redevelopment - very beautiful. As it is a camp, don't expect any luxury though. The... Nice staff, comfortable rooms/tents, nice food, good atmosphere and... AMAZING VIEW! For sure, I will recommend that place to friends who would like to visit Dana! NB: We booked that camp because we thought we could hike alone from the camp, but no, it's not possible alone, you have to book a guide (quite expensive if you are alone). There... More

It was a delightful experience in Dana area, camped at Mr. Ali's bedouin camp. Very clean tents with a wonderful view. Very friendly atmosphere with campfire and tasty food. Mr. Ali is an excellent chef and also a great story teller.

I only have nice things to say about this place. A bit far away from everything (but not too far, just perfectly enough to feel relaxed), the camp offers a breathtaking view over the Dana reserve. The camp is simple but pretty comfy and we loved the tents view. Quiet & relaxing. The staff here is amazing and we loved... More

This is a fantastic camp and the staff are great. Views over the wadi are amazing. Easy to find as its well signposted from Dana turnoff. Paid 15jod for very clean twin bed goat haired tent overlooking the wadi which included a good breakfast (rooms with tiled floors also avail). Bring a top sheet or sleep sack but there is... More
