Thank you to my favourite hotel and the Ayurveda Clinic located in it for the fullfilling and rejuvenating effect on my health and looks. The team of Ayurveda was the best of helpful and the guests an international crowd. I was not only able to improve my health thanks to ancient Indian medicine but meet international friends and contacts. The Manager of the program Asen translates everything in English and Doctor Balaji and the team from India provide a great health maintenance technique and advice. I cannot wait to come back in May 2023 in the warm weather for another detox and meeting the team and new friendships again!!! Thank you Lucky Bansko for the pleasent and well spent time again!!!

Went just to visit the spa though we stayed at the Kempinski. Massage was outstanding and half the cost of the Kempinski. Very strong male masseurs. The whole spa looked fantastic. Would definitely have gone back if we were here longer. Highly recommended.

This is just what everyone will need - clean modern rooms, nice breakfasts, excellent very modern SPA, and a tasty Italian Leonardo restaurant attached to the hotel. I think the staff is doing the best that they can and it is visible everywhere - smiling faces, ready-to-advice professionals and ready to make your holiday worth your time and money. Well done and keep the perfect level!

The hotel in everything else but not a luxury one. We spent there 3 nights. The rooms: The first night we were in apartment standard plus- no air conditioner in the bedroom, no mosquito net on the windows. We were unable to sleep. For the next 2 nights we moved to executive apartment which had air conditioner. However, the whole hotel is too dark. The breakfast: the restaurant where the breakfast was served is situated on level 0 ( underground). No daylight. There is very poor artificial light. However, the restaurant is dark. Almost no fresh fruits and vegetables. The SPA: the outdoor “swimming pool” is ridiculous. It has a hot tube size. The indoor swimming pool is too small for many guests. If there are more than 3 or 4 guests it is impossible to swim. It smelled very unpleasant. The indoor hot tube was very dirty. I have uploaded pictures. We have been in much better places in the region. For example Hot Springs Medical & Spa Hotel offers much better experience, food and spa center. We were unhappy with our stay.…

We had a reservation with prepayment of 294 BGN but obviously they had it in their system as 294 EUR. When we were leaving we were told at the reception that we have left to pay 30 BGN as we actually had to pay 312 BGN (10 times difference!). Despite the fact that the mistake was from their side, we let them know and showed that the deposit was taken in the wrong currency as it was not visible in their system at all! Not that I brag about being honest, but no appreciation from the front office manager who took our case at the reception and lack of a simple Thank you from her side disappointed us a lot.

We had a superb experience. The staff was very polite, there are a lot of amenities that range from awesome to perfect. Тhe SPA has everything you'd ever need. There are frequent shuttles that get you directly to the Ski mountain. The restaurants have amazing food. Compliments from the hotel, and many many more. 10/10

We stayed for 4 nights with our children. The hotel was excellent, staff very friendly. The spa area was clean with big pool, hamam, jacuzzi and sauna. The Christmas menu at the restaurant was more than 5 star experience with free food and drinks for all night!! The most relaxing part of the hotel was the kids club, and the girls who watched our kids!! Neli was very good with kids, she played and dance with them. All the girls from kids club were perfect with our children and we had the opportunity to rest a lot! Best hotel in Bansko!

We enjoyed our staying at Lucky Bansko Hotel and definitely would stay there again. First of all, everything in the hotel meet COVID-19 safety recommendations. This is very important for people who wants some vacations. Room was large enough, bright and extremly clean. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was good. WI-FI was working well. I choose to stay at Lucky Bansko Aparthotel Spa & Relax. The pictures online absolutely are accurate to what you get in real life. I will be visiting Bansko regulary for work and i will request to stay at Hotel Lucky Bansko every time.
