We stayed in the summer 2016 Great hotel with a nice garden, very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for the staff they really made you feel welcome. The food was very good, its well located and a short walk to the cable car.

Beautiful hotel, well located with cozy atmosphere. Food in the restaurant was diverse and excellent and the waiters very friendly and professional. We had a great apartment with mountain view and a fireplace in the living room. The pool was very clean. The hotel garden was a bonus, beautifully arranged in good taste.

Situated a short walk from the gondola, this is a great hotel. The staff were very friendly, especially the guy behind the bar and in the breakfast room on a morning. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the food on a morning was exactly what you need before a day on the mountain. We only used the pool once,... More

The feeling inside this hotel is like abandoned place. Spa center is out of function ,water of pool is cold, out jakuzzi dont work, the gym is in terrible condition. The women who cleaned the room was drunk and smells alcohool. The game room is to poor with 90s video games and not in working condition. The breakfast is too poor, imagine... More

We had a fantastic skiing trip in January. The hotel was large, really clean, cleaned the room everyday, staff were modest but polite. The breakfast was excellent, coffee tastes better than UK. The interior was traditional Bulgarian, but modern hotel. All lights were automatic, ecological conscious, perhaps. Wifi worked, water was hot when needed, and drinkable. Downstairs Tanner restaurants was... More

Tanne is built like a traditional ski cabin but on a big scale, we enjoyed our stay , especially sitting next to the fireplace and taking long hot bathes, highly reccommended, 8-9 min walk to the lift and very close to the city center, the room was nice, big and clean (tv didnt work but thats a good thing on... First time skiing! Stayed at Hotel Tanne. All in all very pleasant. Some features were only open upon request at the time (sauna, steam room, pool) but this was understandable. The room was clean, the staff polite, breakfast was ample and I even had Xmas dinner with a family staying there - several courses plus wine at a very reasonable... More

Decent, clean rooms and a great garden but a woeful service. Reception was not just unhelpful but rude, cleaning staff came in without knocking and surprised Me in the bathroom. Inernet is limited to reception area. Can find much better value in the area.
