Lovely hotel, friendly staff, easy check in (large group and it was late at night)! Rooms were clean and comfortable, the decor was a little dated. Bathroom was clean, shower was powerful, soap and other toiletries available in the room. We stayed B&B, breakfast was a good selection of hot and cold buffet with an omelette station. The bar area was modern and comfortable. The spa was nice, 2 hot tubs / Jacuzzis, swimming pool, sauna and steam rooms with cold shower / bucket. Plenty of loungers if you just want to chill out.

Really enjoyed the spa facilities and the massage by Evelina. Would recommend to book massage with her, also the guy in the spa reception was very helpful and informative about the massage selection and what would suit me better!!! Thank you for this experience

A lovely hotel with great facilities, situated in a quiet location, just a ten-fifteen minute walk into town. A free shuttle bus is provided for some busy periods of the day for skiers getting to or from the Gondola. The restaurant serves quality food and the staff really look after you, especially Vladimir, who goes the extra mile. There is a decent sized swimming pool and lovely wellness area. The bedrooms are spacious with comfy beds. There are some decent views but also a bit of rubble nearby.

After snowboarding for a couple of days I felt the need to treat myself,so I asked a friend to recommend a spa and wow! Would highly recommend aegeo spas! Kalia is an amazing therapist! Will definitely be back!

Exactly what we needed for a group of 8 friends to go skiing. Free shuttle service to and from the gondola was ideal. The ski rental service run by Vik and Daniel out of the hotel forecourt was amazing, catering for all our requests and giving us all the info we needed to maximise our time on the slopes. VIP pass for the gondola was also a good perk which I would encourage anyone to take advantage of if you go skiing at the busier times. We also made use out of the spa and gym. Would recommend to anyone staying in Bansko!

Staff very friendly food good also. Rooms a bit plain and dated. Hotel way way too warm! Spa nice but covered in towels and needed to be cleaned more regularly during the day. Good location close to bankso. Showers went from hot to cold too much. Cleaned rooms regularly . Music disco blaring at breakfast not for us!

First and foremost it is not 5*. The location is awful - on the outskirts of the town and appears to be built on a bomb site with roaming dogs. Takes 10/15 minutes to walk to town on broken pavements. The hotel looks old, dark and dingy, with broken furniture in bedrooms. In need of renovation. Very small bathroom with leaking shower and broken door. The Spa area frequently had lots of children diving/jumping into the pool, going into the saunas, steam room and Jacuzzis despite notices to the contrary. The staff tried to speak to parents but were verbally abused by both adults and children. Shocking behaviour! The Spa staff were very polite and tried to resolve the issues to no avail. Thus the Spa is not a 'quiet relaxation area' and the management need to decide whether it is a swimming pool or Spa, it can't be both. A Spa is usually for adults. Many adults complained and left the Spa area due to out of control children. On a positive note, the breakfast buffet was plentiful. …

We arrived here around 3am on February 12th to a very warm welcome from reception staff. Our room was large and very comfortable with a south facing balcony. Unfortunately, during our first day of skiing I took a tumble and broke my leg. The hotel staff were absolutely amazing and couldn’t have done anymore to help. A loan of a wheelchair ensured that I could access the restaurant, Bansko town and the amazing on-site spa for a fabulous facial. The ladies in the spa came and collected me from my room and wheeled me back again once my facial was finished. The food in the restaurant was always plentiful and appetising with lots of choice. The staff were always approachable and helpful, clearing tables promptly and efficiently. A fabulous hotel, amazing staff and superb facilities.

Thank you spa team kalliopi and Raya and Elena Eva Xristina Rafaela I visited with my 3 year old daughter, I had a facial and she had a chocolate massage. Absolutely amazing, I was able to relax and enjoy an amazing facial whilst my daughter enjoyed he chocolate massage next to me, she was giggling and laughing having so much fun with the beautician. I was able to relax whilst they took excellent care of her. Professional, caring and relaxing, nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic! Thank you so much I will be back tomorrow xx
