We came here in ski season and we stayed for six days. The location is pretty good, it takes you about ten minutes to get to the gondola, there were also the busses from the hotel every half an hour. The room was about average size for four persons. The pool and the bar in the hotel were nice. However,... More

Stayed here in January, probably OK for young groups wanting a very basic place to stay who aren't too bothered about comfort. We arrived late at night, the lift wouldn't work properly so we had to carry 3 large cases and 2 tired children up to the 4th floor. The bin in the room was overflowing with rubbish (crusty yoghurt... More

Stayed at the Belmont hotel for Horizon Festival this year with 4 others and we were all so impressed with this aparthotel. Our room was on the 3rd floor with two balconys that had mountain views, our bedrooms and room was cleaned daily and stocked with fresh towels, the maids even cleaned our dishes! The entire hotel is well kept,... More

The only positive I can say about this place was that it was good enough for what I needed... a bed! We stayed in a double bedroom apartment and room 1 had some storage space but room 2 had nothing. the shower leaked all over the bathroom floorevrytime it was used. The room also stank, of what depends on the... More

+ good position 10-15 minutes walking distance from gondola and city center, not an expensive hotel, there is a spa inside of the hotel - the staff was not friendly and prepared, the cleaning was not perfect

The Hotel did not have great views from the balcony with rapid expansion of apartment blocks being built in front and behind. The accommodation we had was good with a comfortable double bed and lounge/kitchen area with shower/toilet spacious for 2 fridge and microwave. Unfortunately our teenage boys were also given a double bed so our 16 year old slept... More

Stayed here during the ski season in Bansko and it was an ideal, good priced base for the job. Basic self catering apartments but was pleasantly surprised by the ample facilities, plenty of plates, pots, pans, cutlery etc, a hairdryer, drying rack for clothes, a very cold fridge and hobs. A good shower always warm water which was nice after... More

The first studio we got like was like a squat compact but not bijou. No fridge, cooker not wired up TV/DVD bust and generally depressing. Next day reception upgraded us without any static on their part to an apartment on the 6th floor where everything worked reasonably well. Layout was a bit odd but it was comfortable and the friendly... More

We booked this hotel/apartment and stayed for 7 days. I had emailed prior to our arrival to ask a few questions re the locality but never got a reply which concerned me slightly. Not to worry tho as it actually turned out ok. We were on the top (6th) floor and were a little disappointed with the room. It has... More

Well they do say you get what you pay for. This hotel was basic - basic service and basic rooms. Considering what we paid though, it was fine and served the purpose; warm and somewhere to sleep. The service was not special and we were told to challenge noisy neighbours ourselves! The rooms were not properly cleaned on a daily... More
