The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. Especially we enjoyed the delicious breakfast at the balcony with nice view to the old town. This hotel is in the new area but has lovely views across to the castle. Rooms very mixed, from basic to suites. As we were in a group it was 'pot luck'. Our room was quite basic and although 4* we had to make up our beds. Breakfast pretty basic but I was lucky enough to have a member of staff make me a hot omlette. The others on offer were cold.

Me and my friend had a lovley stay at Vila sharm, sadly we only got to stay for one night, due to a tight scedule! The hotel was placed on a small hill in the city center with a great view over the old town. We came in a car and was very happy with easy parking just outside the hotel, the drive to the oldtown only took us 5 minutes aswell. The hotelroom was very clean and had a modern and luxurius look for a very affordable price. Most off all we where very happy with the great service from the staff and manager. If we had any questions they where happy to help at anytime off the hour. We came late at night, and I asked for some help with a dessert for breakfast for my friends birthday the next morning. The manager fixed a cosumed made cake for early the next morning free off charge, it was absolutly perfect. Couldn’t be happier with our stay, thank you to the staff off Vila sharm!😊…

This hotel is away from the centre of Gjirokaster, which wasn't a problem for me as I was travelling with a group. It is within walking distance of the old town, though it's pretty hilly. Its architecture is striking, though the entrance lobby is very small and unprepossessing. By contrast my room was enormous, with a spectacular view over the old town and the castle, equipped with a dining table and chairs as well as sofas and two TVs. It was more than comfortable for one night! The breakfast room is large and light, and the staff were very helpful, serving good freshly made coffee as well as the usual buffet. We also had a drink in the bar, which was comfortable and good value. There are other bars and cafes close by if you wanted to go out, and the hotel overlooks a football stadium (no match on while I was there).…

We were given a suite, it was amazing. Never had a twin shower cubicle before. Excellent views could not fault this hotel. Lovely to have somewhere to sit in our room and enjoy the view.Perfect location with lots to see but beware of the cobbles. The position of the castle makes for stunning views from the hotel.

No issues to find hotel with Gps We arrived before check in time but staff made their best to accomodate us. Hotel has parking which is great especially if you travel with motorcycle Room small but with all western Europe standards . Quiet and silent. We had lunch and dinner at restaurant which is nice and offers good quality of food at very cheap prices In the afternoon reception advised us about a tour arranged by the hotel that we joined Vassily drove us to castle, museums and and old house belonging to one of the oldest family of Gjirokaster Tour was extremely interesting and Vassily provided lot of informations . We value this hotel initiative excellent Breakfast ok . Good hotel with nice view to castle, excellent staff very supportive and kind Worth to recommend

A great hotel with clean rooms and friendly staff who all speak english. We had a family suite which was a great size with magnificent views of the city. Would have liked to have had tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Breakfast was included and was great but the wait was a little long as there was two largish groups and only one person preparing. Highly recommend for travellers who like western comforts at a hotel.
