I did not expect that. This hotel deserves 4 stars definetely! Very close to the Beach. Great familly atmosphere, super heartwarming Staff, towels and sheets changed EVERY DAY, which is unusual and super surprising! Food was great as well! Keep up the great work, most certainly will choose this hotel if I come back in this region!

I absolutely loved my stay here at Villa Balani! It’s right across the street from the beach and close to a few markets and cafes, though you won’t need them because the food served here is wonderful. The room was impeccably clean with a comfortable bed and they provide you with fresh towels whenever you need them. Run by a lovely family who were really helpful in recommending things to do/see in the area and even helped me get a taxi downtown. Would recommend this place to anyone wanting an authentic Durrës beach experience and genuine hospitality.

We were in August 2021. Typical city hotel set back from the street, clean with good food. Rooms at the front, noisy in the season, concrete all around. Lack of greenery in the hotel and the entire city. The biggest downside is smoking in the restaurant with meals, although the regulations prohibit it under a penalty of 50 euros. We had an excellent stay in Villa Balani from 17-th through 24-th of May. It's a family-run hotel, the owners (father and son) are very helpful. The warmness of their welcome made us feel right at home! Clean rooms, tasty and fresh food! The father speaks Greek and some Russian. The son speaks English. In the restaurant there are young waiter and waitress who speak very good English.

We stayed with the family for a week. We were welcomed very warmly by the owner of the hotel. Beautiful rooms, cleaned every day, clean everywhere. We had a large balcony and a huge terrace with a beautiful view. The food is delicious, always fresh, the desserts are delicious every day. The service ladies are smiling and very helpful. The beach is close, sun loungers are included in the price of the stay, which is a very big plus. Shops, cafes, restaurants, everything near the hotel is at your fingertips. We are very pleased with our stay if If we are in Durres, we will choose the same hotel. Thank you very much and best regards.

There is a simple reason this hotel gets such favourable reviews and positive feedback. It is fully deserved! We were very quickly and pleasantly greeted at the reception and check in was smooth.
I booked 3 rooms for my daughter, a friend and myself and each one of our rooms was well presented and more than adequate for our needs. (309, 402 and 404) I would recommend one of the rooms at the front of the hotel if I was being extra fussy. Breakfast is served in pleasant surroundings and was varied enough to set you up for the day! I am not going to dwell too much on the hotel and the surroundings/decor etc. because as nice as they are the real selling point of this hotel is how they make you FEEL!
Skender and the family/team make you feel so comfortable and relaxed. It is all so personable and natural! We were sorry to leave!

It's really nice place. The staff members truly go above and beyond to make you feel at home. They are not only professional but also incredibly friendly and accommodating. Whether it was helping with recommendations for local attractions or attending to any special requests, they were always ready to assist with a smile. Beach is very close, same as bakery, bus station or bars. The rooms at this hotel are spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. Whether you're a fan of local delicacies or international cuisine, there's something here to satisfy your palate. The quality of the ingredients, the presentation, and the flavors were all top-notch.

Very nice and well located hotel, 1 minute by foot from a bus stop to city center and 2 minutes to a beach where hotel sunbeds are available for free. Rooms are really clean and comfortable. The hotel has a family atmosphere and great, helpfull staff. Food is really delicious, there are served local dishes everyday. The only small thing, that you could work on, are lunchboxes. There is only a sandwich, an apple and water inside. But this is not so important, I highly recommend this hotel and thank you for your hospitality 🙂

Hotel is situated close to the sea. It is daily cleaned with high quality. All the Stuff was helpful. It doesn't have facilities like 5 star hotel but it gives the comfort of it. I would strongly advise here.
